Situated in the heart of Floridia, it is almost unique in the town, as it boasts a beautiful and spacious courtyard with a small above-ground pool. After two external steps and one internal step, you reach the approximately 235 sq m of living space, which is tastefully and lovingly furnished on two levels for 4-8 people. ``) There is an approximately 280 sq m courtyard with lemon, orange, and mandarin trees, mint plants, rosemary, and jasmine filling the air with natural fragrances. Here you will find an outdoor pool (open from April 1st to October 31st, 2026), an outdoor shower, a porch swing, and a hammock.
