Llegamos al hotel y teníamos reservado con Trip una habitación king y con un sofá cama y cuarto grande . Y nos dieron una habitación normal con cama king y mi hija tuvo que dormir en el piso Así que quiero la devolución del dinero porque no fue lo que separamos . En el hotel dijeron que solo ustedes habían puesto una king . Y que ya no tenían nada para ofrecerme . Nos dieron la habitación221 Cuánto me van a regresar ? Excelente hotel para ir de shoppint a Mcallen. Gran ubicación y muy bonito hotel.

We stayed here twice. The first time was during the week and the hotel was quiet. Hotel staff were helpful and kind. Only downside was that our WiFi kept disconnecting in the room. The second time was during the weekend (Saturday night). Our room was surrounded by kids running up and down the corridor, screaming, and making a lot of noise until about 1 a.m. (not the fault of the staff, but there needs to be some regulations towards noise at night) A lot of noise from outside as well as it is right next to the highway. All in all the stay was fin, but wouldn’t recommend to stay during the weekend unless you don’t mind the noise.

Very Good, just an advice and is that you coulld leave at least two water bottles in the room.

상점이나 레스토랑, 마트 등이 가까워서 이용하기에 아주 편리했습니다. 침대도 넉넉했고, 방과 화장실도 깨끗했습니다. 로비에 직원도 매우 친절했습니다. 주차장도 넉넉해서 이용하기 좋았습니다. 주변이 조용해서 밤에도 편안히 쉴 수 있었습니다. 가족과 함께 맥알렌에 또 방문한다면 다음번에도 다시 이용하고 싶은 숙소입니다.

Great loction: La plaza mall

Was disturbed by a party next to my room .. The police had to come at 5:45 am to tell them to be quite .. didn’t stop them they continued till 11:am check out . Hotel has no security and told it was my responsibility to call in continued noise issue, don’t understand being as they have hallway cameras and could see that they continued to slam doors vape in hallways and 3 people walking hallways all night . Unbelievable
