The receptionists were very friendly, allowing us to leave our son's stroller in the common areas. The room was very new, clean, and welcoming. Special mention for the comfortable beds and pillows, and the excellent shower. A very good choice."

"A lovely hotel with fantastic facilities and a beautiful pool. Staff are friendly and helpful. This was our second stay at Zahara Beach and it is the perfect location to relax and unwind. A new multigym was installed on our first day so we used the gym daily. The incredible beach and evening sunsets are a short stroll away. The stay recharged my batteries every time."

"We arrived to our destination and went up to the room. We noticed very quickly that the whole Hostel was very outdated. I stayed in this place many years ago and liked it, so I wanted to go back. The worst decision ever. The whole floor was full of black long hair in the whole room, the bathroom and inside the bathtub. I send immediately a message to the person that send us the instruction for check in and told them what happened. No answer. We went outside to have lunch and after a while I called and told them what happened and he said that the cleaning lady wasn't there anymore, but he could clean it. I said yes of course, but we are not in, so he can go ahead and clean it. I wouldn't go all the way back and wait for an hour for him to clean the place. I assume that have an extra key for those circumstances. He told me we had to be there, so we agreed that the next day he would return me some money for the inconveniences caused. After a week I called to ask about the return and they are telling me that I should have cancelled the booking to get a return. I am in shock how people can have a working Hotel, treating their clients like that. PLEASE DONT GO THERE, THE PLACE IS OLD, DIRTY AND THEY TREAT THEIR CLIENTS VERY BADLY. There are so many nice places in Tarifa to choose from."

"Excellent find when looking for a 2 night stay when attending a wedding locally. Staff exceptionally helpful, lovely restaurant too. I booked a 'single room' but it was great, the room was a little casita style with it's own outside verandah, lovely to sit outside & relax. Just across the road from a lovely beach too! Being a single lady on my own, I felt 100% safe!"

"Cute updated hotel in the heart of the old city. Comfy bed, nice linens, powerful shower, coffee maker in room, small rooftop pool. Simple, clean, sufficient !!!! On an inner courtyard so you don't hear all the noise of the till morning partygoers."

"We really liked the hotel. There were areas reserved for a wedding that we couldn't use, but it wasn't a major issue. The biggest problem was the power outage from the early hours of the morning, which prevented us from having a proper breakfast or a hot shower. Although the power wasn't directly the hotel's fault, we didn't receive any apology from them, nor was there any compensation in the price, which included that service. Even though the hotel staff admitted that these outages are common, they didn't have any alternative solutions in place. For example, there was no lighting in the rooms or the breakfast area, no contact phone number, or even simple information from the start."

"素晴らしい家、モロッコからボートに乗って、ボートを降りてクジラを見るためにボートに報告しました。桟橋からホテルまで歩いて行くことができます。屋上の大きなプラットフォームは眺めが良く、天気が良ければアフリカを見ることができます。フロントの女性はとてもいいです。クレジットカードの問題で事前承認をスワイプできません。また、私たちが滞在するのを待っていました。Trip.comミスシスターに非常に満足しています。朝食はシンプルですが、非常に絶妙で、非常に満足しており、期待を超えています。"
