"I went there knowing that refunds were non-refundable after booking. However, the tap water didn't work, so I couldn't wash. The hotel facilities were also poor. It seems the staff were aware that the tap water wasn't working. I cannot understand why they are accepting guests despite this, as it was advertised online. In the end, I held the hotel responsible, requested a refund, and urgently found another hotel to move to. The hotel said they would issue a refund, but they are still processing it."
