"I went there knowing that refunds were non-refundable after booking. However, the tap water didn't work, so I couldn't wash. The hotel facilities were also poor. It seems the staff were aware that the tap water wasn't working. I cannot understand why they are accepting guests despite this, as it was advertised online. In the end, I held the hotel responsible, requested a refund, and urgently found another hotel to move to. The hotel said they would issue a refund, but they are still processing it."

"Very bad hotel, very old and not upscale. The room assigned to me only had two beds and nothing else. The room decoration was also very poor, with a mirror at the foot, which would scare me to death if I woke up in the middle of the night. The toilet was very small, and the shower area was very small. The surrounding area was very inconvenient, there was no supermarket, there were a few bars, and the only restaurant was a barbecue, which was very expensive. I ran away overnight after seeing such an environment, and the refund merchant refused to refund. How can such a hotel have four stars? Did they rate themselves? I have stayed in so many hotels in Latin America, and this hotel is the worst among the same level, including the attitude of the merchant's reply, which is not sincere at all. Why didn't Ctrip do a good job of screening such hotels, allowing them to mislead people with four stars."
