"A+++++ is our score for this delightful property, unit 3 Banyan Place, Warrnambool. We booked in advance for a 5-night stay as a family of two adults and one 7 year-old child. The property was clean, well stocked with everything we could ever need (loved the surprise box of chocolates in the fridge waiting for us!) and the facilities were fabulous. The two balconies were beautiful - the front one we dined in and got a gorgeous view of the huge decorated pine tree with a multitude of fairy lights in the main street of Warrnambool and the back balcony we used to dry our clothes each day (washing machine and dryer were great!). The apartment was simply divine and a big plus were the large corner spa bath and the massage chair (couldn't get my husband off this! - he loved it!) Comfortable bed also. Glenda, who manages the property, was a great host and booking agent. Thank you so much for making for a wonderful holiday for us! We will be back! - The Darby Family"

"A great small pub for a meal. The bar was packed, clearly a popular spot to go. We could get a table in the bistro without booking which was great, although the area is small (this does make it more quiet). Beer garden was booked for a function but looks like a great spot to watch sport and enjoy a meal. Enough options on the menu with weekly specials a hit. Staff were lovely. Food came quickly. Definitely book in advance for larger groups."

"What an incredibly peaceful place to make yourself at home for a few nights. My family and I had the pleasure of staying here in one of the cottages over new years a couple of weeks ago. It exceeded every expectation. From the stunning views, cosy cabin and lovely grounds, this spot has everything you need to make a little home away from home for a night... or 12! whether you're a family on holiday or a couple looking for a romantic night away. Everything you could possibly ask for is within 10 minutes of the property but you still feel like your a million miles from anything once you're there. Pure serenity. Sara will do everything possible to make your stay is the best it can be, and these cottages are a testament to the families hard work and dedication to share their haven with the rest of us. The place has certainly had a revamp since these pictures! 1000% will be returning. (ps. don't miss that sunset)"

"Please refer to this comment for compatriots traveling overseas: The location of the hotel can be said to be out of the way. If you get there, you will see a hotel among many cowsheds. The hotel door is very small, like a farm. Enter the hotel The lobby is very winding and long, completely different from what is described in the Ctrip pictures. After careful reading of many Ctrip reviews, I found that they were translated by translation software, and the authenticity cannot be verified. When I arrived at the hotel, I found out and read them when booking. The information is seriously inconsistent, so I won’t list them all here, such as the dilapidated Chengdu building, the reception staff in the hotel lobby, and the conditions in the room seen through the glass. If you dare to check in when you get there, then I really admire you! After informing Ctrip of the above situation, Ctrip's response was that there was no way to refund the money. Then I went to court over and over again to go back and forth with Ctrip, maybe no less than five times. In the end, I was given a refund of 2/3 because the reason was I can't verify the authenticity of what I said because it was dark and I was in a hurry to find a place to stay. I didn't expect that Ctrip would require users to provide evidence for refunds. It was my fault! Later, because I booked another hotel, I was notified at short notice. After the reservation was successful, I found that there was no room. It took two big men to squeeze into a double bed room, so they compensated me for the full refund request!"
