This was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

再び合肥に来て、Fanglai International Hotel Economic Development Zoneに滞在することを選択しました。今回は同級生の子供たちの進学宴会に参加しました。ホテルの絶好のロケーションは今でもハイライトであり、地下鉄は心配ありません。スタッフは相変わらず暖かくフレンドリーで、手続きは効率的です。客室は広として清潔で、快適な生活を送っています。ビュッフェブランチは多種多様です。恵園と水族館を訪れた後、正大広場の近くでリラックスしてください。思いやりのあるサービスと便利な周辺は申し分のないものです!ホテルの飲み物と料理が私の味蕾を直接開いたことは言及する価値があります。宴会の料理がこんなに美味しいとは思っていませんでした!クラスメートとカップを押して、部屋を変えて、まるで学生の時間に戻ったようです!時間はシャトルのようで、変化は年齢、変わらないのは思い出です!次回合肥に来るときは、Fanglai International Hotelを選ばなければなりません!

1. 地理的に優れており、玉屏索道から車で 3 分。ちょうど山の中腹です。 2. 専用の送迎サービスをお楽しみください。ビュイック商用車が黄山管理委員会まで直接お迎えに行き、ホテルまでお送りします。これにより、黄山で並ぶコストと時間を節約できます。ロープウェイ行きのバスに乗り換えます。翌日ロープウェイに行く必要がある場合は、特別な車両がロープウェイまで連れて行ってくれます。トレッキングポールも用意されているので安心です。 3. ホテルのデザインと味はとても良いです。芸術的な雰囲気が強く、装飾もとてもおしゃれで、クスノキが上手に使われています。ホテルには 2 階建ての黄山芸術センターがあり、有名な芸術家や現代の有名な書道家や画家の書道作品や絵画作品を収集し、完全な芸術的影響を提供しています。 4. ホテルの正面には景勝地「ヘリンボーン滝」があります。絵のように美しい。 5. 朝食は部屋まで届けてくれるし、夕食は一汁一菜、ドリンク、デザートが4品付いているので言うことなし。 6. Qihua Clubは、妹の茶芸家がお茶を作り、お茶文化を紹介する宝茶館です。内部にはボスのコレクションがあります。優雅で独特で、水の音を聞きながらお茶を飲むと、雨の黄山でも独特の風味があり、人々はすぐに静かになります。 7. 黄山毛尖茶、北桂茶、七美茶が部屋に用意されているので、お茶好きの方はお茶を持参する必要はありません。フルーツと炭酸水2本が毎日配達され、ブランドは有名なペリエウォーターです。バスアメニティ：ラフィットカーテン。チェックアウト後、気を利かせてお土産までくれて、本当に心遣いが嬉しかったです。 黄山に登りたいなら、予約してください！それでおしまい。黄山に登った後、とても疲れて倒れそうになりました。ホテルの専用車がお迎えに上がります。車で3分です。ホテルに戻るバスに乗るために列に並んでいたゲストたちに比べれば、この瞬間は本当に幸せな瞬間でした。

We stayed at Jiuhuashan Alley Homestay (Huachengsi Branch) with our family, and it was without question one of the most satisfying accommodations we have experienced in recent years. From the very beginning to the moment we checked out, everything felt thoughtful, well-organized, and genuinely welcoming. What really sets this place apart is not just the beautiful property, but the level of care and service provided throughout the entire stay. Even before our arrival, the host proactively contacted us via WeChat to confirm details and assist with planning. Communication was extremely smooth and responsive — no matter what time of day we had questions, we always received quick and helpful replies. For a destination like Jiuhua Mountain, where logistics and routes can feel overwhelming for first-time visitors, this kind of support makes a huge difference and immediately puts you at ease. The room itself exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, bright, and very comfortable, with a layout that worked perfectly for a family stay. Unlike many homestays that feel cramped, this room had plenty of space to relax, unpack, and truly rest. The bedding was clean and soft, and the overall atmosphere was calm and quiet, allowing us to sleep extremely well. Housekeeping standards were excellent — everything felt carefully maintained and spotlessly clean. One of the highlights of our stay was the afternoon tea, which was freely available and not limited or rushed. This wasn’t just a symbolic offering; it was something you could genuinely enjoy at your own pace. Sitting down in such a peaceful environment with tea and snacks after a day of sightseeing was incredibly relaxing. It added a sense of warmth and hospitality that you don’t often find, especially in scenic-area accommodations. Throughout our stay, the host remained available and attentive without ever being intrusive. Whether we needed advice on sightseeing routes, dining recommendations, or small practical help, everything was handled patiently and efficiently. You truly feel that the host cares about your experience, not just about running a business. Traveling with family can sometimes be stressful, but staying here made everything feel effortless. The location is another strong advantage. Situated near Huacheng Temple, the homestay is in a quiet area that feels removed from crowds, yet it’s still very convenient for visiting key temples and attractions. Evenings were peaceful and silent, which is exactly what you want after a full day at Jiuhua Mountain. The surrounding atmosphere perfectly matches the calm and reflective nature of the destination. What impressed us most was the overall sense of being well taken care of. This is not a place where service is performative or scripted — it feels sincere and consistent. From the communication, to the comfort of the room, to the little details like afternoon tea and thoughtful guidance, everything worked together to create a genuinely memorable stay. In summary, Jiuhuashan Alley Homestay offers not only comfortable accommodation, but also warmth, reliability, and peace of mind. If you are traveling with family, visiting Jiuhua Mountain for the first time, or simply looking for a place where you can truly relax and feel supported, this is an excellent choice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a high-quality, worry-free experience.

This is an amazing place to unwind and relax on the mountain. Surrounded by pine trees and giant boulders, this hotel is transformed from a 400 year temple. So 2 of the pine trees are over 200 years old. The hotel is constructed along a slope and so there are terraces of rooms looking into the valley. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. We were contacted before check-in so they could arrange complimentary tickets for the national park, cable cars and bus rides. They offered to carry our bags but we were hiking and backpacking. We felt very welcomed once we stepped into the compound, it felt like stepping into paradise above the clouds. We were treated to afternoon tea out on the terrace under the canopy of pine trees while one of the staff elaborated on the background of the hotel. The modern classy design retained several of the historical elements and there were several modern flower arrangements. The entire place was tidy and immaculate, serene and relaxing. Perfect for a retreat from the city. There’s a roof terrace for amazing views and photo opportunities. And the staff took amazing photos with her DSLR and sent to us via WeChat. At night, the Milky Way stars are clearly visible. We attended a tea ceremony session in the evening too, a Song dynasty tea ceremony which was the origin of Japanese matcha ceremony but using 白茶. Our room has a large bay window with pine trees outside, beautiful view of the valley. Very comfortable bed and very clean bathroom. There’s a feet massager too for those who have hiked the entire day.

Owner is very kind and knowledgable. Helped me plan my trip, provided all gear needed for a winter summit of Huangshan, and explained multiple possible routes. He also drove me to and from Tangkou for meals, and for hiking. Very reliable. Room was clean and the bathtub was super nice after a long day of hiking. Projector and screen worked well, and overall everything was very clean and nice.

ホテルの立地は最高でした。光明頂や鰲魚峰での日の出・日の入り鑑賞にとても便利です。昼夜の寒暖差が激しいので、ホテルは防寒着まで用意してくれていましたし、専門のスタッフが案内までしてくれました。夜にはホテルの従業員によるイベントもあり、心遣いが感じられました。素晴らしいです！

Great hotel! The prettiest, greatest hotel in the area. We had a room with a balcony view to the mountains, so calming and relaxing. If you want to rest from the hustle and bustle of the city, here’s the perfect place for you. The bathroom is very clean and hygenic, and the beds are also really comfy and fluffy. The owner is really hospitable, welcoming and friendly, he is really familiar with the area so he recommended us a lot of different places and good restaurants. He helped us during all our stay. It is true that the hotel is a little bit far away from the nearest town, but it is really worth it because at the end, it is not far away (15 min by car) from the nearest Huangshan entrance. We would definitely go back there!! 超棒的酒店！这一带最漂亮、最棒的酒店。我们住了一间带阳台的山景房，景色宁静又治愈。如果你想远离城市的喧嚣，这里绝对是理想之选。浴室非常干净卫生，床也超级舒适柔软。 老板热情好客、友善亲切，对当地非常熟悉，给我们推荐了很多好去处和美食餐厅。整个住宿期间他都提供了很多帮助。虽然酒店离最近的小镇有点远，但绝对值得 —— 毕竟开车到最近的黄山入口只要15分钟。我们一定会再来！

這裡是我在霍山住的最舒服的酒店，才開業的酒店，前台小姐姐很客氣，由於是一家三口入住，多要了一份早餐，還免費升級行政房！枕頭和床睡的特別安心，老婆迷戀這個酒店的枕頭，值得推薦給大家！下次去霍山必須還得住這家酒店，酒店的中餐廳的菜餚非常新鮮地道，不用出去找吃的！
