It is tiny room, just bed and toilet with shower but nice and cozy and tidy room with nice reception staff.

美しい場所。素晴らしい景色を望む角に素晴らしい部屋がありました。提起された唯一の問題は、トイレットペーパーがなく、ホットチョコレートの小袋とビスケットのパックが1つしかないため、夜に恐ろしいチョコレートとビスケットのパックをそれぞれ食べることができませんでした。再び滞在し、スパ施設を利用するでしょう。プールとスチームルームとサウナは完璧でした。食べ物は5 *でした

このホテルの強みの一つである、非常に便利な立地条件は大きな魅力です。全体的に清潔感はありましたが、いくつか問題があり、滞在に支障をきたしました。 最初に泊まった部屋は、照明の半分が点灯せず、バスルームの蛇口も緩んでおり、不快な寒さでした。メンテナンスが行き届いていないことが伺えました。暖房の不具合を報告すると、別の部屋に移動させてもらえました。しかし、同じ問題を経験していたのは私たちだけではないことが判明しました。他の宿泊客も寒さのために部屋を変更してもらっていたのです。ホテルが広大なため、スタッフが全室の暖房システムを確認する時間がないのかもしれません。さらに、部屋は非常に蒸し暑くなりやすく、快適な温度を見つけるのが困難でした。 3人で宿泊したのですが、羽毛布団が2枚しか用意されていなかったため、追加の寝具をリクエストしたところ、ハウスキーピング担当者には羽毛布団がないと言われました。これは驚きであり、不便でした。すべての宿泊客に基本的な寝具が用意されるべきだったからです。 寝具は洗濯済みでしたが、一部のシーツには目立つ汚れがあり、清潔感という印象を損ないました。さらに、清掃スタッフの勤務時間が非常に不規則だったため、混乱が増しました。夕食後、午後10時を過ぎて戻ったにもかかわらず、まだ部屋の清掃が続いており、これは予想外でした。 もう一つの不満は、エレベーターの呼び出しボタンの一つ（下階用）が機能しなかったことです。しかも、ゲストに知らせるための案内や標識も設置されていませんでした。これは不必要な不便を招き、細部への配慮の欠如をさらに浮き彫りにしていました。 立地と基本的な清潔さは良い点ですが、ホテルには深刻なメンテナンス上の問題、暖房の効き具合のばらつき、追加の羽毛布団などの基本的なアメニティの不足、通常とは異なる清掃スケジュール、そしてエレベーターのボタンの故障といった見落としがちな問題がいくつかありました。これらの問題に対処すれば、ゲストエクスペリエンスを大幅に向上させることができるでしょう。

1. ホテルは適度な位置にあり、アクセスが簡単です。ホテルの道路を挟んだビジネスビルの階下には、食品を中心としたスーパーマーケット「マーサ」があり、グルメ愛好家を満足させることができます。同時に、交差点には小さなスーパーマーケットが 2 つあり、その他の日用品の購入も容易です。ホテルはリーズ駅に非常に近いので、近隣都市への移動も簡単です。 2. 客室は全体的に清潔で整頓されており、窓は開閉可能（30度）で室内と外の空気が循環します。 3. 使い捨てスリッパ、歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉などのアメニティを提供します。

Good front office team and very helpful throughout my stay. I accidentally left my suit behind, and I hope they will kindly arrange to send it back, as I have already organised the postage. Overall, a really good team. A special mention to the chef in the kitchen, who clearly enjoys looking after guests and making sure everyone is well fed. Great service and a lovely team.

I loved staying at Quebecs, I was here for a solo trip and only stayed for one night. Its very boutique, staff at the reception were lovely and professional, explained everything that I needed to know. My room was very spacious and comfortable. Will definitely be booking here again, maybe more than one night next time!

チェックインは簡単でした。チェックアウトも同様でした。クイーンルームはこぢんまりとしていて機能的です。静かな部屋です。A64を見下ろすシティビューの部屋です。多少の騒音は聞こえますが。朝食は素晴らしかったです。清潔で快適で、また泊まりたいと思いました。

This place has a lot of potential, but also leaves a lot to be desired. Having booked a cabin, we were tucked away from most other rooms however the noise between our block of 3 cabins travelled terribly. We could hear full clear conversations from our neighbours, meaning our rest was dictated by the plans of others around us. The cabin itself was okay, but felt in need of a good refresh. There was a general musty smell within the room and the inner window didn't shut due to wood swelling. The space appeared generally clean, but again, felt as though it was in need of a deep clean to get rid of dust and dirt. The location itself is lovely, staff and service was good, but for the price we paid for the room and the space we got, I dont feel this was good value.

The hotel itself was excellent and well appointed for our purposes. I would definitely book to stay again. Particularly convenient for Temple Newsam park where we were attending Slam Dunk festival, and for M1 access. The only issue was checking in, where the hotel only had one room listed under the booking reference although all my paperwork confirmed I had booked and paid for two. On a full weekend, it was disconcerting. After a lot of head scratching, they noted there was another room booking made 1 minute after the one they could find, that didn't have a name attached. Not sure if this was an issue with trip.com or Ramada systems, but it did cause inconvenience and stress to both us and the staff trying to check us in. Perhaps this issue could be looked at please?
