私はこのホテルで素晴らしい滞在をし、喜んで戻ってきました。私が到着した瞬間から、スタッフは歓迎し、プロフェッショナルで、いつも笑顔で助ける準備ができていました。部屋はきれいで、よく設計されていて、とても快適で、リラックスした滞在に必要なすべての設備が整っていました。 場所は素晴らしかった便利で歩きやすい夜はまだ静かで平和でした。寝具の質から公共エリアの清潔さまで、細部への注意に特に感謝しました。 全体的に、このホテルは私の期待を超え、価格に大きな価値を提供しました。快適さ、優れたサービス、快適な体験をお探しの方はぜひお勧めします。

The services of Ibis Style Hotel is good, the complementary room facilities is good as well. I have comfortable rest in this hotel. The hospitality is remarkable, such an awsome experience two stay there this early Ramadhan. In exception for high season the transportation from Masjidil Haram to hotel takes two hours. The buses of Ibis Style not as much as Novotel. I have been waiting is Shif Amir for more than one hour after Isya Prayer in Haram, three Novotel buses have passed, but none of Ibis Style bus. May be because this is Ramadhan, may be also another hotel has more effort to provide better bus transportation in this holy month.

I booked this hotel for 1 night to celebrate our anniversary. The view was awesome!! The receptionist very helpful but one thing that i can recommend is to upgrade breakfast menu seems like nothing much to eat and all same.

It was a pleasant stay here, with easy access to haram. I booked a room with a kitchen. Thankfully, I got a spacious kitchen, a large refrigerator, a living room, a bedroom, and a fully equipped bathroom. The location is also very strategic, connected to a mall, making it easy for us to shop. The view is beautiful. I hope we can stay here again.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Check-in was quick and smooth, which was a great start after a long journey.The hotel facilities were also top-notch. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the dining area was clean and well-organized. I also appreciated the convenient location—it made getting around the city easy. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and excellent value.

このホテルには3回目の滞在でしたが、今回も期待をはるかに超える素晴らしい滞在でした。サービスは抜群で、清潔さも申し分なく、まさに10点満点です。スタッフの対応も素晴らしく、必要なものはすべてすぐに手に入ります。何も言わなくても、すぐに手に入ります。ホテルからハラームまでは徒歩20～30分ほどですが、便利なシャトルバスが1時間ごとに出ています。タクシーも10～15リヤルで利用できます。また必ずまた利用します！

The breakfast need improvement by variety and most of the food was cold. Staff are great and hotel was really nice. Additionally the lounge acess timing need to be more flexible specially as we want to pray in Masjid Al Haram its very tight for example snack time that is between 7 PM to 9 PM, also I dont know why they call it snack time that I discovered its dinner. This is the view from the room I booked partial Kaaba view.

Very nice hotel with a great breakfast welcoming people at the reception. Amazing cleaning of the room when done. It is a shame that the service is not consistent across the hotel’s employee. Cashier at the Atrium cafe was really slow and awful next to him very friendly pizza guy who did a great pizza. Shuttle to go to the haram with again inconsistent service. As evidence a picture of the driver enjoying chatting with his colleague from double tree hotel while we were waiting in the car.

My stay at Swissôtel Makkah was excellent in every aspect. The hotel’s exceptional proximity to Al-Masjid Al-Haram is a major advantage, making it extremely convenient for prayers and Umrah without any transportation hassle. One of the standout features is that the hotel offers two entrances: the main entrance and an additional side entrance, which allows for smooth and quick access in and out of the hotel. This is a very practical feature, especially during peak times. The food was outstanding, with high quality and great variety. Most importantly, the restaurant staff were incredibly dedicated and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Another point worth highlighting is the hotel’s flexibility and professionalism, as they kindly allowed us a late check-out extension of two hours, which was greatly appreciated and added to the overall comfort of our stay. Overall, Swissôtel Makkah is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a prime location, exceptional service, and high-quality dining, providing a truly comfortable and memorable experience near the Holy Mosque.

Excellent facility. Very good service. Little far from Masjid Al Haram. Has bus service from 06:00 to 04:00. Taxi 10-15 Riyals to bus stop. If you want to go closer, 20-25 Riyals in the tunnel under the clock tower. From bus stop 10-15 minutes walk to the entrance. When they will be fully open after construction it can be shorter.
