good location for the next day travelers. nice and rich berakfast. free airport shuttle car was like a VIP vehicle

Overall stay was just good, buffet breakfast was good and mix of Arabic and western cuisine , backside shopping centre was advantage

I’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable. As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.

アトランティスホテルで素晴らしい滞在を過ごせました。ロケーションは抜群で、周辺を散策したり、必要なものすべてにアクセスするのに非常に便利でした。滞在中、カスタマーサービスは素晴らしく、スタッフは皆、常に丁寧で親切、そして温かく迎えてくれました。特にビラル、ソウアド、そしてフーリアに感謝の意を表したいと思います。朝食は新鮮で美しく盛り付けられており、種類も豊富でした。全体的に、スムーズで楽しい滞在でした。またぜひ訪れ、他の方にもお勧めしたいと思います。

I'm Algerian, this hotel is amazing ❤️ the location is perfect being so close to the airport (the hotel will provide the shuttle service). More importantly, the people who work there are very very professional and nice. I came so early before the check-in time and yet they allowed me to take my room. The breakfast is also so yummy and diverse. I will, of course, book here again when coming back to Algeria. Hopefully, the price will go low a bit or at least remains as it is.
