Lovely hotel. Brilliant location within a short walk to Chester city centre. Only downside is that check in was a lot later than usual

このホテルに泊まったのはこれが2回目で、私たちの選択は主に便利な場所と素晴らしい朝食によるものでした。空港に非常に近く、夜はとても静かで、農場や草原に囲まれています。 典型的なビュッフェではないので、私たちは朝食が大好きです。代わりに、さまざまなオプションのメニューから選択でき、どれも素晴らしい味がします。レストランの装飾も素敵で、その部分に満足する以上のものになります。レストランのスタッフは熱心でフレンドリーで親切です。 注意すべき点の1つは、レセプションエリアには多くの場合ゲストがいます。これは単なる観察であり、プラスでもマイナスでもありません。受付係は常に最善を尽くし、とても親切でプロフェッショナルです。ただし、部屋のデザインは少し時代遅れです。

Stayed in a king-size double room. Very clean and modern with luxurious bathroom. Food was very good with reasonable choice. Arranged for breakfast in bed on final morning and it arrived on time and very well presented. Pool and spa was excellent and the evening entertainment (singer) was very good on both evenings we stayed. Perfect location and facilities.

The hotel itself was very clean and lovely. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only problem we had was that the pillows were hard and uncomfortable, and the 1st night, was difficult to sleep, but the receptionist managed to get us some softer ones, which were a little bit better.

The staffs are so friendly and helpful. The local is not too far from city centre. We walked to the city centre less than5mins, walk to city wall from the hotel about 15mins but if you walk faster it takes 7-8mins. The breakfast is great.
