ホテルの場所は比較的フレンドリーで、どこからでも歩くのに便利で、環境はとても清潔で整頓されていて、レセプションも優しくて丁寧で、部屋は絶妙で、設備は整っています、合計3泊しました、最初の夜の部屋は暖房がありませんでした、そして私は2日後に滞在しました暖房がありますが、いつもあるわけではありません。ホテルは自分で調整する必要がありますが、幸いなことに、天気は寒くなく、全体的に満足のいくものです

Receception is very polite and helpful , Very clean and nice room and toilet, hotel is quiet and perfect place for get away!

Reasonable room rates, room clean , water hot in bath/shower-food was extremely tasty, and excellent value for money for both evening meal and breakfast. Weather was hot and only improvement would have been to keep complimentary water/juice in foyer topped up as no cool water or drinks available in room.

Exceptional service for a half board stay on weekday that offered a tasty 3-course dinner and breakfast in such a premium hotel with pool, gym room, steam room and sauna! Definitely worth to come again and again!

Nive tavern style room with tea and coffee making facilities, above a friendly bar, good access to digbeth businesses. Very nice and helpful staff.

Nice comfortable stay. The side entrance was not visible so had to walk around to get to the reception. Pl look out for this entrance will save a lot of time to get to/from Warrick center. Will definitely stay again. Thanks

酒店非常美，又大、服務很好；check in 很方便，一到reception 提供名字就可立刻取房卡；房間很大，乾淨又舒服； 值得一讚的是酒店提供免費泊車，實在太好了🤗🤗 最喜歡酒店大堂及花園，太漂亮了，記得多拍照，留下美好回憶🤗🤗

Beautiful grounds. Thankfully the heating in the room works. There are however no lifts and the way to the rooms from reception is confusing. But nice staff, and Sherelle at the restaurant who was our waitress was amazing and thoughtful and made sure my team and I were well looked after.
