Nice hotel for a stay over. Next to a golf course with nice scenery.

このホテルは絶対に完璧でした!私と私の娘は、Utilitaでルイトムリンソンを見るためにこのホテルを予約しました。完璧な場所でした。駅から10分、アリーナから5-10分。ナイトライフもたくさんあるので、道路の向かいに食べ物や飲み物を飲む素敵な場所を見つけることができました。部屋も素敵でした!ダブルベッドが2つあったので、コンサートの後はとてもよく眠れました!バーミンガムへの別の旅行があれば、間違いなく再び滞在します!

An amazing stay as always the staff here always go above and beyond for you needed slightly larger room due to my partner on crutches and they even put us in a room we was in before! Such clean facilities me and my partner felt really comfortable safe and happy here will stay again! Comfy pillows, bed, lovely bathroom shower and bath, toiletries on wall are very nice smelling, we will be back on Thursday to stay! :)

本当に素敵なホテルのようです。チェックインは部屋の変更を除けば大丈夫でした。スタッフは丁寧で、素晴らしいカスタマーサービスでした。部屋は素敵でした。唯一私が言いたいのは、受付とチェックインを別々にして、もう少し目立つようにすることです。なぜなら、中に入ると、受付とチェックインがどこにあるか最初はわかりません。特に付け加える点や悪い点はありません。間違いなくまた泊まりたいです。

Generally good for short trip over the weekend, great location with access to public parking and car parks. However the lift wasn’t working properly leading to delays. In room facilities get dated and so can tailor just basic needs, cleanliness just ok barely borderline 3 stars. Staffs are friendly and helpful, many staffs at the canteen during breakfast times, responsive and friendly. Passed for the money spent increasing overall cleanliness and better quality towels etc. would help increase rating.

Hotel was nice, facilities are fine and in line with what you might expect at the price point. Breakfast can be included in the booking and there was a good selection. There's a restaurant and bar available in the evening too.

Decent sized room. Reasonably clean. Has an indoor swimming pool, which is really nice. Location is not near the city center. Overall, a good stay.

立地は最高で、ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で、部屋は清潔で快適（特に毛布は厚手で心地よい）、防音性も抜群、朝食も素晴らしく、全体的に期待以上でした。

Really unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, there was a huge amount of dust anywhere that I was sneezing continuously. Also, the most disgusting thing were the bedsheets, stained with yellow spots! I asked for a new set of bedsheets and the reception gave them to me and I had to put them on, because there was no one of the cleaning team to do it. Very very very unsatisfied.

The room was nice and tidy and ideal for my solo stay. The location is great for train travel as it is a one minute walk from New Street station. The check in was quick and easy. All in all good value for money for my one night stay.
