匿匿名ユーザー清潔でとても清潔で、ホテルのロビーと部屋はまるでアートギャラリーのようです。ロケーションもとても良く、朝食もとても美味しく、パン、牛乳、果物はセルフサービスで、作りたての温かい食事の注文は追加料金なしで含まれています。充電

KKittyFang部屋はかなり広く、市内中心部に非常に近く、鉄道駅からもそれほど遠くありません。フロントデスクはより責任感があり、熱心です。ホテルには荷物預かりサービスがあり、とても便利です。朝食はかなりまともでボリュームがあります！機会があればまた選びます！

ゲゲストAll staff were excellent always very helpful, facilities need refreshing hotel needs sprucing up, gym equipment tired and ripped Pool small.
Chairs in the bar area either dirty or broken, very busy hotel trying to be too many things to too many people. Tried to book Spa on Saturday or Sunday both full.
Breakfast basic to say the least.
It was a shame, as once again the staff made our stay.

NNSEJOKERAn amazing stay as always the staff here always go above and beyond for you needed slightly larger room due to my partner on crutches and they even put us in a room we was in before! Such clean facilities me and my partner felt really comfortable safe and happy here will stay again! Comfy pillows, bed, lovely bathroom shower and bath, toiletries on wall are very nice smelling, we will be back on Thursday to stay! :)

TTAMBGenerally good for short trip over the weekend, great location with access to public parking and car parks. However the lift wasn’t working properly leading to delays. In room facilities get dated and so can tailor just basic needs, cleanliness just ok barely borderline 3 stars. Staffs are friendly and helpful, many staffs at the canteen during breakfast times, responsive and friendly. Passed for the money spent increasing overall cleanliness and better quality towels etc. would help increase rating.

SSfrixelReally unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, there was a huge amount of dust anywhere that I was sneezing continuously.
Also, the most disgusting thing were the bedsheets, stained with yellow spots! I asked for a new set of bedsheets and the reception gave them to me and I had to put them on, because there was no one of the cleaning team to do it.
Very very very unsatisfied.

FFamily Staycation2024年7月にステイシティ バーミンガムに3泊しました。trip.comでチェックインする前に宿泊料金を全額支払っていました。しかし、チェックアウトしてバーミンガムを離れた後、3泊分の料金がクレジットカードに再度請求されました。ホテルにメールを送って状況を説明したのに、今まで返事がありません。チェックアウト日から12日経っていました。ホテルの経営と顧客サービスにとても失望しています。顧客の懸念を無視することは受け入れられません。このような二重請求の経験がなければ、ホテルの評価に満点を付けたいと思います。アパートホテルの部屋、衛生状態、アメニティは本当に気に入っています。

ゲゲストThe location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to Bullring and most shops and restaurants. But the carpark is a bit of a walk through a not so nice area. Plus the closer car park is not 24 hours. So one night after a dinner that finished late, I missed the closing time of the car park and had to park at the car park that is further away.
For cleanliness, the room is generally clean. But the bath towels were not clean. Out of the 6 nights I stayed there, 3 nights I had to ask for replacement towels because the new towels put in my room has various stains on them.

ゲゲストOverall a really clean place. Greta amenities I admit it was nicer than I thought it’d be. Staff were friendly checking in and out. The only problem is the noise was such trouble. For a one night weekday stay (the-wed) it was far too noisy. The people next door were loud from before I got into the room up until 4am which is when I needed to get up.
Plenty of plugs, towels etc.

ゲゲスト5 stars. Exceptionally clean room, outstanding staff and an unbeatable location. Everything you need is within walking distance and the surrounding shops and amenities make it the perfect spot. Friendly people throughout and an altogether excellent stay. Highly recommended.
