KKittyFang部屋はかなり広く、市内中心部に非常に近く、鉄道駅からもそれほど遠くありません。フロントデスクはより責任感があり、熱心です。ホテルには荷物預かりサービスがあり、とても便利です。朝食はかなりまともでボリュームがあります！機会があればまた選びます！

ゲゲストHotel was in great location for conference at millennium point. Easy access to city but nicely located in slightly quieter spot in Aston university campus. Room was nice and even could have a range of pillows . Bathroom nice , with good fluffy towels . I did think the products were likely watered down and the loo roll was the brown scratchy sort . I was on the second floor and only real complaint was that from 7am the main door slams, it’s like one of those sound cannons waking you up.
Maybe a quiet shut be an easy fix.
Otherwise the staff are all really polite and helpful. Free swim/ gym pass for the university pool is a real nice touch. All in all excellent . But a soft close on that door would be amazing .

ゲゲストAll staff were excellent always very helpful, facilities need refreshing hotel needs sprucing up, gym equipment tired and ripped Pool small.
Chairs in the bar area either dirty or broken, very busy hotel trying to be too many things to too many people. Tried to book Spa on Saturday or Sunday both full.
Breakfast basic to say the least.
It was a shame, as once again the staff made our stay.

NNSEJOKERAn amazing stay as always the staff here always go above and beyond for you needed slightly larger room due to my partner on crutches and they even put us in a room we was in before! Such clean facilities me and my partner felt really comfortable safe and happy here will stay again! Comfy pillows, bed, lovely bathroom shower and bath, toiletries on wall are very nice smelling, we will be back on Thursday to stay! :)

TTAMBGenerally good for short trip over the weekend, great location with access to public parking and car parks. However the lift wasn’t working properly leading to delays. In room facilities get dated and so can tailor just basic needs, cleanliness just ok barely borderline 3 stars. Staffs are friendly and helpful, many staffs at the canteen during breakfast times, responsive and friendly. Passed for the money spent increasing overall cleanliness and better quality towels etc. would help increase rating.

SSfrixelReally unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, there was a huge amount of dust anywhere that I was sneezing continuously.
Also, the most disgusting thing were the bedsheets, stained with yellow spots! I asked for a new set of bedsheets and the reception gave them to me and I had to put them on, because there was no one of the cleaning team to do it.
Very very very unsatisfied.

FFamily Staycation2024年7月にステイシティ バーミンガムに3泊しました。trip.comでチェックインする前に宿泊料金を全額支払っていました。しかし、チェックアウトしてバーミンガムを離れた後、3泊分の料金がクレジットカードに再度請求されました。ホテルにメールを送って状況を説明したのに、今まで返事がありません。チェックアウト日から12日経っていました。ホテルの経営と顧客サービスにとても失望しています。顧客の懸念を無視することは受け入れられません。このような二重請求の経験がなければ、ホテルの評価に満点を付けたいと思います。アパートホテルの部屋、衛生状態、アメニティは本当に気に入っています。

NNSEJOKERStayed on 8th floor was good stay with open that can open pretty wide was impressed with that so even no air-conditioning it wasn't hot and big smart TV on wall is a plus, bathroom is small but clean and good facilities like free toiletries even if on small side

ゲゲスト5 stars. Exceptionally clean room, outstanding staff and an unbeatable location. Everything you need is within walking distance and the surrounding shops and amenities make it the perfect spot. Friendly people throughout and an altogether excellent stay. Highly recommended.
