I had a very pleasant stay at Aryaduta Medan. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing a relaxing place to rest. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to access shopping areas and local attractions. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of local and international dishes. Overall, Aryaduta Medan delivers great value and a comfortable stay. I would gladly return again.

This is my 4th or 5th stays when coming to Medan. We stayed for 3 or more nights normally on every trip. The services and everythings are perfect and no fault. Breakfast are always meet our expectations. Bed is good and so comfort. I ll come back again in May 2026.

全体的に、ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーで親切、そして温かいです。私たちが新婚旅行を祝っていると知ると、デラックスルームにアップグレードしてくれて、ケーキまでくれました。彼らのカスタマーサービスには本当に感心しました。 部屋は清潔で、きちんと整えられています。十分なアメニティがあり、清掃も行き届いています。 ホテルは街の中心部にあります。センターポイントはホテルのすぐそばにあり、他の有名な飲食店やショッピングスポットもホテルから徒歩圏内です。空港行きの電車もすぐ近くにあります。 このホテルを強くお勧めします。また必ず泊まりたいと思います。

街の中心部に位置しているので、有名な観光スポットへ行くのにとても便利です。周辺には食事処もたくさんあります。部屋は広々としていて、清潔さも許容範囲でした。朝食時はかなり混雑していました。

滞在はとても快適で、洗面所とお湯もきちんと機能しています。高速Wi-Fi、チェックイン手続きも迅速です。ホテル内にマッサージスパがあり、料金も手頃なのも気に入っていますが、マレーシア人としては、割引券をもらえればかなり安いと思います。外出したくない場合は、ルームサービスの食事を注文できますが、これもかなり量が多く（私にとっては）、サンバルソースのテンペゴレンはとても美味しかったです。ホテルの前で、プライベートタクシーサービス（SUV車）をいくつか利用しました。料金は、パラパット（トバ湖）まで100万IDR、シアンタールまで70万IDRなどです。トバ湖に行く予定が直前になっていて、事前にスープを予約していなかった場合に備えて 唯一変えてほしいのはバスタオルです。新しい、もっと柔らかいものに交換してください。タオルから糸がすべて出ています。

ホテルの立地は最高で、斜め向かいには地元で一番大きいショッピングモールがあり、中にある海底撈（ハイディーラオ）はいつも賑わっています。近くにはロッテマートもあって、歩いて行けます。ホテルのジムは設備が充実していて、ステッパーマシンもありますよ。ジムからは街全体を見下ろすことができます。

クアラナム空港に直通する鉄道駅のすぐ近くにあります。 部屋はとても広く、ベッドルームとリビングルームがあります。ランドリーサービスは手頃な料金です（私は利用しませんでした）。 お部屋に行ってくれるマッサージもあります。 ホテルの向かいには屋台の食べ物があり、とても手頃な価格でした。巨大なショッピングモール（ポドモロ）から徒歩圏内。

My stay second time in the hotel , I pick this hotel again for its location near to Medan Station , for my convenience travelling to and from the airport. The staff at the reception is polite and responsive. I book a room package with breakfast and it is good value for convenience not having to go out. The room I check in was a twin room and I consider its very clean. It would be better if some coffee making facilities be added to the room.

1泊の滞在は快適でした。立地は最高で、スタッフは皆とてもフレンドリーで、朝食は一日の始まりに最高でした。特に小さなお子様連れのご家族には、立地とフレンドリーなサービスが絶対にお勧めです。

Overall good and would probably stay again. - managed to do online video meetings as wifi was strong - comfortable and large bed, however bedding was a little stained - only one lift worked which meant slight wait times, but the second elevator was fixed by our departure - good location, hectic but as expected, can get all food delivered - gym was decent, not good enough for a proper heavy gym sesh but good to get a little workout in - pool area was nice and not too busy
