The hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort provided were commendable, which reflects the standard of a 4-star property. However, i would like to share a small suggestion to enhance the guest experience further. Some essential amenities such as a dental kit and a hair dryer were unavailable in the room. These are typically expected as part of the standard offerings at a 4-star property, and ensuring their availability would significantly improve guest satisfaction. This hotel at the prime location of Jammu is an extremely valuable find and our go to each time we return to Jammu. It is minutes from airport and staffs always know our preference. Room are cleaned every day on request. It is very easy to step into taxis outside of hotel or request for hourly use chauffeur car. It is also very safe for solo lady traveller.
The location is excellent — very close to restaurants and the horse-riding point, which made everything super convenient. The hotel offers stunning full mountain views, truly breathtaking and perfect for relaxing in nature.
The staff were very friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience!
They charged an extra half room fare for early check-in which was not required at all because at vaishno devi most of the people just come & have a shower and then leave for the darshan.
The room was good, the location is also so far so good but the food is not so good. I asked the order taker Tandoori roti is good or I should order Rice he said Roti will be good but roti was made up of refined flour and it was hard like a papad very difficult to chew. we have walked for around 28 Km to Vaishnavo mata darshan and we were expecting nice food as we were very hungry. They have spoiled our experience and staff is not so professional as property claims four star. Room amenities is ok. Overall I have spended 4500 Rs for this room but it's not worth it. I might get the same priced room in good 4 star chain hotels.
ゲゲストMr Sarkar very helpful and good host - hospitality is 200%. He suggested we visit Zero point bridge and even kind enough to give us a ride there in his own car. He showed us the way to walk back to the home stay. He also kept an eye out for us and was especially nice when he found and picked us up when we were on our way back from Zero bridge. Breakfast was good, delicious and fast. Hospitality was genuine and second to none. I would highly recommend this place to anyone on a budget
