これは、以前の滞在からの延長です。これは、価格に見合ったプエブラで最高のホテルの 1 つだと思います。客室は広く、小さなシンク、冷蔵庫、電子レンジを備えた部分的な簡易キッチンが備わっています。
ACはずっと機能し、冷たく、お湯と一緒に水圧は一貫して楽しかったです。ベッドはとても快適でした。他のすべてのアメニティは、飲料水、コーヒー、コーヒークッカーなどのプラスでした。
ホテルは快適な近所で歩いて行ける絶好のロケーションにあります。ホテルからタクシーに乗るのはとても簡単です。
このホテルに関するすべてが素晴らしかった。プエブラに滞在する間、死の日が進行している間、ここで3回延長しました。
このホテルを強くお勧めします。

短期滞在に最適
短期間の旅行で街を訪れるなら、このホテルは十分でしょう。清潔な客室と快適な休息場所など、必要な設備は揃っています。朝食は種類がやや少なく、改善の余地がありますが、サービスはごく普通で、特筆すべき点はありません。
とはいえ、それ以外は申し分なく、清潔で機能的なので、短期滞在にはおすすめできます。

Muy buena ubicación, pero, la habitacion que nos dieron era un horno, solo cuenta con un ventilador acomodado entre el closet y el buro, el baño tambien muy encerrado algo peligroso cuando sales ya que se pasa un poco el agua a la habitacion, desde que llegamos informamos que el tv no tenia señal y no pudieron solucionarlo ni ofrecernos otra habitacion, si lo requieres solo para llegar cansado y dormir, despertar y salir inmediatamente es esencial.

良かった点は、場所がソカロから近い事、パーキングが無料で付いている事、量は少ないけど朝食付きな事です。
改善点は、駐車場が離れていること、お手洗いのドアが閉まりにくい事ですが、値段が割安なので、相当かなと思います。

푸에블라 대형 쇼핑몰과 연결 되어 있어서 식사,쇼핑,숙박이 한번에 가능하다. 대형 쇼핑몰이라 보안 요원들이 많이 배치되어 있고, 호텔 1층에 가드가 상시 출입구를 지키고 있어 안전하다. 우버를 부를때도 좋다. 걸어서 10~15분 거리에 월마트가 있어서 무언가 필요하다면 이곳에서 살수있다. 대형 쇼핑몰과 붙어 있다는 장점 빼곤 딱히 좋은점은 없다. 호텔 직원들은 대부분 친절하나, 방음이 매우 취약하고 낮12시가 되면, 호텔내 객실 청소하는 소리와 사람들의 소음, 그리고 망치질 까지 ~ 편안하게 쉴수없다. 화징실은 대부분 노후화 되어있다. 호텔 내부에 있는 레스토랑은 추천하지 못하겠지만, 희안하게 룸서비스로 시키는 음식들은 양도 많고 맛도 나름 준수하다. 호텔 직원들은 주어진 범위 내에서 되도록 해결해 주려고 노력한다.

BBeachBumHotel staff are really friendly at the front desk. But they don't honor our requests when we ask for things. Housekeeping forgets to give us things that we requested with simple things like towels, cups, and shower caps for hair. We asked the front desk to clean our room, we go out, and come back several hours later, and our room is still not clean. This has happened several times and we have to wait for our room to be cleaned after a long day out and about doing things. This is quite an expensive hotel to stay at each night and the things we request are not being given or done.

SSaiprasaad GThe Courtyard Puebla Las Animas offers an exceptional stay, primarily defined by its majestic location. My room provided a breathtaking, uninterrupted view of the Volcano mountain, which was the absolute highlight—truly spectacular to wake up to.
Beyond the scenery, the hotel excels in comfort and service. The room itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, featuring comfortable bedding and reliable amenities. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout my visit.
Located in the vibrant Las Animas area, the hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to both commercial centers and Puebla's historic core. I highly recommend requesting a volcano-facing room. This is a five-star experience that seamlessly blends convenience with an unforgettable natural backdrop.

MMonicaPros: The room was stunning, the lights are dim, the decor is gorgeous, the bed was comfy, it was clean and the location is fantastic. The service was great. The terrace views are gorgeous. My favorite part was the jacuzzi.
Cons: My room was next to a terrace bar and on top there is another terrace bar, so if your plan is to stay at a quiet space to relax maybe this won't be the right spot. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water the whole morning on the day I was leaving so I had to wait until after the checkout time when they had it fixed but then I felt a little rushed to leave. Even though, the staff was very helpful, they were keeping me updated and they did try their best in a complicated situation that was out of their hands.

RRobert JinThis hotel is in the best location in town- it is in the Zocalo and next to the church. There are so many shops and restaurants downstairs. The room is very large and clean.
On the downside, we were very surprised to find out our room has no windows. To an average US traveler, bedrooms are assumed to have windows, unless spelled out otherwise. I don't know this is due to a cultural difference. But this hotel is owned by IHG, which is a US-based, global hotel chain. I think they are held to a higher standard. We eventually paid a higher than advertised price for a windowed room. But the whole experience put a black mark on this otherwise great hotel.

PpennWonderful place to stay, comfy beds and excellent food in the restaurant. The nightly turndown service was appreciated. I would have liked slippers to wear to the pool and the elliptical machine was broken the entire week I was there. I would like to say upon checkout that I asked for a bottle of water for my long Uber ride and it seemed to be an unrealistic request!?

VVillitaSince checking in …a complete nightmare, I did my reservation and prepaid online with Trip and I was told by the hotel staff that they had no record of the payment and they wouldn’t allow me in, until i called trip and after 1 hour they allowed me in.
I also wanted to order room service, there were no menus and their “online service” was not working… the rooms are a bit old and their ac wasn’t working either surprise surprise…
There’s plenty of options in Puebla … don’t bother staying here it’s very overrated….

👩🏻💻in my experience the reception was not good, the girl in front desk was unfriendly, you need to do your own check in (scanning a QR) and the lady only give you the key card
🛏️room is very austere, not cozy, looks old; but the bed is comfortable
🚽🚿bathroom is big, has towels, soap 🧼 and shampoo. The hand wash basin has mold and the shower floor was wet
🅿️ Parking is ok but is not only for hotel guests, which makes you feel a bit insecure.
