イギリスバークシャーで、プールのあるホテル

Hotel really well situated for the motorway and for Newbury station. The facilities are really good, and service received from the moment we arrived from the very friendly and helpful member of staff on reception. Really lovely breakfast with a great choice of food. Will definitely be returning

Absolutely brilliant hotel, fantastic staff who couldn't do anymore for visitors, clean rooms and clean common areas, plenty of activities to occupy the kids during the stay and plenty of refreshments during the day including good breakfast and dinner options. We used the pool twice a day during our stay, visited the arcade and outside park / nature trails and outside games section and neither of my children wanted to come home. I 100% recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely be visiting again!

ホテルのスタッフは温かく丁寧で、設備も少し改善されていました。しかし、トイレには洗面台や小物を置くための小さな飾りがなく、シャワーエリアからも遠すぎました。トイレに行きたくなった場合は、外に出て反対側まで歩いて手を洗わなければなりませんでした。

サービスはとても良く、設備も良いです。流行中は、事前に予約する必要があります。特に思いやりがあります。プールの消毒作業は非常にうまく行われています。

子供たちを近くの学校に連れて行って面接をするために一泊したので、ホテルの需要はあまりありません。部屋の設備は一般的で、ベッドはまとまっていて、あまり快適ではありません、健康は大丈夫です、朝食はあまりにも貧弱です、全体的な感じは休日には受け入れられません！フロントの装飾は大丈夫、暖かくてエレガントです！

The hotel was lovely and clean. Seamless check in process. The staff were warm and friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast as well, wide selection of food. I liked that the location was easily accessible, however it did surprise me that it was in a built up residential area. My only issue was having an unexpected onset of monthly cycle and there were no sanitary products in the hotel. I had to go find a corner store to buy from.

After requesting a quiet room due to having our 11 month old with us we were placed directly above the function suite for a wedding and while testing the sound system the floor below are feet curated and the noise was crazy. The moved us rooms out of the original Manor House we requested and into the furthest room possible from all amenities on offer smaller than our original room, 3rd floor and no lift with a baby in a pram and lots of luggage. The room was also unbearably hot and a crazy sensor/light in the bathroom kept our son (and them us) all night. Not sure if recommended staying here. .

Nice location, ample parking, easy to find. Disappointing things were no wifi connectivity in the room no network signal either. The leisure facilities were not looked after as jacuzzi was out of order without a mention on website, steam room was not operational one day out of the two days stay. Not enough lights in the room. Double bed was bit too small. Both The reception guys were excellent very polite and helpful.
