イギリスバークシャーで、プールのあるホテル

The hotel give us more facilities ( Gym, swimming pool ) for our enjoy. My children & friend have very love the swimming pool , it is very cleanliness, the room is big and comfortable. The customer service staff at front desk are very wiling to help customers. The thing that are a bit worse is that the swimming pool does not provide free towels for guests using and the coridor is a bit creepy. Hope will be imporve this request in the future and thank you.

We always stay here, but on this occasion I wasn’t very happy as the bedsheets/pillow case smelt damp. And the door hinge was loose which made it feel unsafe. Room was swapped in the ended so I’m happy about that.

After requesting a quiet room due to having our 11 month old with us we were placed directly above the function suite for a wedding and while testing the sound system the floor below are feet curated and the noise was crazy. The moved us rooms out of the original Manor House we requested and into the furthest room possible from all amenities on offer smaller than our original room, 3rd floor and no lift with a baby in a pram and lots of luggage. The room was also unbearably hot and a crazy sensor/light in the bathroom kept our son (and them us) all night. Not sure if recommended staying here. .

Nice location, ample parking, easy to find. Disappointing things were no wifi connectivity in the room no network signal either. The leisure facilities were not looked after as jacuzzi was out of order without a mention on website, steam room was not operational one day out of the two days stay. Not enough lights in the room. Double bed was bit too small. Both The reception guys were excellent very polite and helpful.

朝食は毎日同じで、すぐに吐き出して、ベッドのシングルベッドにほこりがあります。イギリス🇬🇧友人がホテルに行くときにホテルの健康問題をチェックしたとき、ベッドに髪が見え、ほこりがありました。私は最初に苦情を申し立てたいのですが、友人はそれを忘れたと言いました。翌日の3日目はまだ同じです。私はもう気が狂っています。Trip.comカスタマーサービスに反映された後、ホテルのスタッフはタオルを持ってきて私にくれました。😰

おそらく、毎週週末に仕事をし、毎週週末にレジャーホテルに滞在した最高のホテル、すべて新しい、ジャグジーは非現実的でした、蒸気室は暑かったかもしれません、サウナは100cで素敵でした、そのような暑いものを見たことがありません、部屋にはエアコンがあり、ビュッフェ式朝食は美しく、とてもきれいなホテルでした。

場所はとても便利です。 81番のバスに乗って、ショッピングや観光のために多くの場所に行くことができます。 7番バスの料金￡5⃣️XiqiRoadAirport T5までの停留所は2つだけで、頻度は約20分です。バス1本は午前7時から23時までです。空港で地下鉄に乗り換えることができる場所はたくさんあります。トイレが別にできれば理想的です🤔ガソリンスタンドで3⃣️分ほど歩いて食べ物を買うのはとても便利です👍

The hotel very close to slough market, also it is 5km from windsor market i went there on foot, if you enjoy natural views and rivers there are many places to enjoy, the rooms in the hotel are clean and they provide all that hotels should prived, but the should put good isolating window to keep the noise from the outside unheard, also they should lower the floor of the toilets to prevent the water pooring into the room at shower time. Despite the room of improvements i mentioned earlier i enjoyed my stay with them and i will visit them again.
