イギリスバークシャーで、プールのあるホテル

It was a good stay & all staff was friendly & efficient. Only 1st night we couldn’t enjoy spa but this matter was fixed by next morning. Breakfast was good, dinner was really nice & overall we enjoyed our trip. Thank you

Lovely hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful - they kindly let us check in 2 and a half hours early as our rooms were ready which was very kind. However, there were some issues: terrible signal (but there is free wifi so not too bad); we paid for buffet dinner and it was not good, do not recommend at all; the cleaning staff knocked on my door at 9:45am shocked that I was still in my room (checkout is 11:00am) then asked when I was leaving (felt inappropriate and that I was being rushed as she was waiting at the end of the hallway for us to leave); lights in the room were very weak; the shower took over 5 mins for water to turn on and was not strong (not ideal was washing long hair). My family an I would not choose to stay here again unfortunately as there are many other hotels in the area for similar price. Windsor was lovely (would visit again) but there is nothing to do in old Windsor or anything near the hotel, so you are reliant on the hotel or uber.

Stayed here ahead of a flight from Heathrow which was the second time. Modern, clean, and comfortable with good quality food and service in the bar. Made the mistake of staying at Holiday Inn nearby on the way back which was awful, spend your money here instead.

Been here a couple of times, staff is quite blunt but still come back coz it has an underground carpark which is convenient. Hotel is a bit worn and old but that’s common in the UK. Personally prefer holiday inn but was full when I booked.

サービスはとても良く、設備も良いです。流行中は、事前に予約する必要があります。特に思いやりがあります。プールの消毒作業は非常にうまく行われています。

ホテルの立地と朝食は概ね満足で、フロントのスタッフは熱心に対応し、早めの宿泊の提案にも応じてくれました。しかし、部屋のエアコンは期待外れで、ほとんど冷えませんでした。今はメーデーの天気で、夜は窓を開けて寝ています。夏に泊まると状況はさらに悪化するかもしれません。バスルームの洗面台が詰まっていて、ブラッシングした水が正常に流れず、吐き気がしました。

ホテルの環境は良く、入り口は少し見つけにくいです、レストランの食べ物は少し高価です、部屋の設備は一般的です、
