酒店非常漂亮，距離海克利爾城堡35分鐘車程。很有歷史感。設施也很好，除了沒有空調，房間有點悶，但這是沒有辦法的事情。酒店旁邊就是廣袤的莊園，草坪、鮮花、樹木都很漂亮，早餐也非常美味。希望有機會再來

私が予約したとき、私はアポロホテルに滞在するのに少しがっかりしました、私はそれを大人2人と子供1人のために予約しました、そして私がそこに着いたときダブルベッドしかなかった、彼らは私が私のためにシングルベッドを入れると私に言いました外出していて、午後8時30分にホテルに戻ったとき、まだベッドがありませんでした。結局、午後10時に、4歳の子供が寝るために泉がないキャンプベッドをくれたので、私は幸せではありませんでした。結局、娘がお父さんと一緒にベッドを持てるように床で寝てしまいました。結婚したときに泊まっていたホテルが下り坂になっていて、汚れたトレイがたくさんあったのを見るのは本当に残念です。部屋に行く途中の廊下ですが、ホテルの入り口は綺麗でした、

Breakfast at the weekend doesn't start until 8.00am. We were playing a Pickleball Tournament on their Acrylic tennis courts and needed to digest our food before running around! The hot items weren't all out which was irritating. Bacon, sausages and eggs were missing. As soon as the eggs arrived they were gone because everyone was queuing. If it says breakfast starts at 8.00, then it should all be available on time! Pools are great, (one specifically for children and one for adults. Sporting facility was excellent. Free parking for hotel guests. Bedroom was very clean and had everything one needed. No air con, but fan in cupboard. Magnifying mirror, iron & board, hairdryer. I had to stay at the hotel to continue playing my tournament, but wanted to have a last swim to ease my muscles before driving home in a terrible heatwave. They said check out had been at 11.00am and I would have to pay £10! I thought that was rather steep so declined. There was hardly anyone in the pool and a small kind gesture after paying for 2 nights would have lifted my spirits and given a better impression. The pool was also only open from 8.00am. Far too late if people want a swim before breakfast. Dogs seem to be allowed at the hotel in the bedrooms. 4 yapping dogs in one room is a bit much. Awful for the cleaners and I put the TV on to mask the noise! Drinks and food quite expensive. Great Indian in the village! It was great though being able to stay at the actual venue for the tournament. Cheaper through Trip com than the Tournament offer rate!

The hotel room was clean and quite spacious. Our main issue was that the check in time stated on Trip.com booking was 2pm. Whereas the hotel check in time was 3pm. So we had to wait in the lobby for a considerable time before being given a room. Additionally they were running late with housekeeping and we got the room only at 3.15pm. Which wasn't great as waiting with a tired kid wasn't convenient at all. I did highlight to the reception about the check in discrepancy but not sure if they corrected this online. They were friendly enough but there was no apology provided for the inconvenience and the wait. Otherwise it's a nice hotel with a spa attached.

ロケーションは素晴らしく、ベッドも素敵でしたが、レストランは混雑していて夕食をとることができませんでした。バーか部屋で食べることもできましたが、結婚式のケータリングも行われていたため、待ち時間が長くメニューも限られていると言われました。バーに着くと、結婚式のゲストでいっぱいで、テーブルも立つスペースもほとんどなかったので、外に出ることにしました。 ホテルに戻ると、駐車場は満車で、結婚式は大盛況で音楽が鳴り響き、たくさんのゲストがバーや外に集まっていました。 スタッフによると、スパは少なくとも数ヶ月前から利用できていないとのことで、部屋のタオルはハンドタオルのようでした。バスルームのラジエーターは危険なほど熱いので注意してください！ 最後に、他の宿泊客が部屋を出入りする音、ドアをバタンと閉める音、そして扇風機の音が、とても不快な夜を演出しました。

We have stayed at the hotel on many occasions but this time we requested a particular room for our stay a week in advance which was confirmed during a telephone conversation, only to be told on arrival that it was not available. Very disappointed

Leonardo Royal Southampton Grand Harbour has exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. The restaurant is fantastic the staff there are very attentive. The hotel is clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows that made for a great night’s sleep. I really enjoyed using the pool and sauna, although it was a shame that the jacuzzi wasn’t working during our stay. Reception is warm and inviting, with a nice touch of complimentary lemon or orange infused water. Overall, the staff are lovely, helpful, and made the stay very pleasant.

A repeat visit to Norton Park Spa Hotel. I really enjoy the peaceful location with beautiful grounds where you can walk through woodland or sit on a swing gazing out at the lake. The spa is perfectly acceptable - no idea why some have left bad reviews. Great sauna and steam room, plus real ice pile and strong, cold (or hot) shower available close to these two facilities which is great extra. Pool is big enough to swim laps (not just a token effort) and there are couple of heated, tiled loungers pool side too. I treated myself to a treatment of back massage and full body exfoliation with oil application, which was absolutely wonderful. Relaxation room after the treatment was welcome touch. I have used spas across the world at top hotels and this was up there with the best. Restaurant is really high quality, certainly above my expectations of British hotel catering. The breakfast buffet has everything you could require - although it is self-service on the tea/coffee which I'd rather have served to table - plus you can order extras for free, like poached eggs and porridge, which are then cooked to order. There are also some pay-for extras if required. Dinner was even more fantastic - have eaten there four times in two stays and cannot fault.

Our stay at the hotel for a wedding was overall fantastic. The location was breathtaking, providing an idyllic setting for the occasion. Although we didn't explore the spa and golf facilities, they looked inviting. The breakfast was a delightful mix of traditional English and continental options, starting our day on a high note. The only hiccup was the lack of assistance with our luggage to our room across the car park, a tricky trek in high heels, especially with the unpredictable weather. Fortunately, the rain paused, easing our journey slightly. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would recommend the hotel for its stunning location and delicious breakfast, with a note to be prepared for a bit of a walk if your room is further out.

The hotel is in a great, quiet location and it is a very beautiful building. The room was clean and pleasant, but it wasn't quite what I expected. Through Trip I thought I had booked one room up from the smallest option, but alas turns out I had not! The bed was also advertised as a standard double, it definitely is not in the smaller rooms, it is a small double, and this made sleeping for two a little uncomfortable. The room was also very hot even though we turned the radiator off and had the window open all night but I think this is just due to it being an older building, heat rises etc. The pool room really needs TLC. It is very overlooked and we felt really lets the hotel down. It's shame as it's a lovely space - even a quick lick of paint would bring it back to life if money doesn't allow for larger maintenance. Staff were all very friendly, especially the two we were served by in the restaurant for dinner. The food was okay but a little over priced but the service made up for that. All in all for a quick overnight stop it was fine.
