Bon Accueil, personnel très agréable.
J'ai réservé une chambre pour deux personnes et me demande si je voulais une deuxième chambre,j'ai pas compris pourquoi !!!.dans l'ensemble tres correct.
La chambre propre, juste que leurs planché flottant tres abîmée et déformé et dangereux quand vous marché pird nu, oreiler extra plat ,aucune prise à proximité du lit.
Le petit déjeuner et restauration à prendre à l'hôtel novotel à l'extérieur, du coup j'aurais du prendre une chambre à novotel à côté 😁😁 .
C'EST UN IBIS ,je m'attendais pas à mieux.

Comfortable big room, the receptionist changed our room to one with an amazing view, lovely breakfast, good room service, the hotel has a nice Terrasse where you can enjoy coffee and delicious sweets.

The hotel location is at the city center, close to attractions, food and shopping.
The staffs speak limited english which led to some communication difficulties.
The hotel offered only 1 mineral water and 1 coffee sachet for free while there were 2 of us.
Overall, it was a pleasent stay but the hotel could have provided better services.

Located a little bit outside of town, but rooms are comfortable, clean and large. Breakfast was good - and I had dinner here also, which was great too. Not much else in terms of facilities that I can think of - but would recommend it for Constantine, if you have easy access to taxis with the Yassir app etc.
