オーストラリアビクトリア州で、ジムのあるホテル

The hotel is v new, just opened recently so the facilities are kinda cool. It’s like half hostel half hotel vibe where there is a common space, gym and kitchen at level 1. The gym is super cool, should check out if you have time, there is small tvs in front which could display exercise guiding video. The kitchen sometimes can get dirty especially the sink there, it might clock and has fly. You generally fill up water at the sink there so you might mind and gets quite disgusted. There is no slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, coffee, tea and water provided in the room. Without slippers, it can be quite cold stepping into the bathroom. The room is quite dark, there isn’t a bulb at the top of the room so it’s designed such that you just get back to hotel and have sleep. You also can’t get light near the end of the room. The staffs said they will do housekeeping for every 4 days so let’s say you stay up for 3 days, no one will come and clean up the room for you. Good and bad. The hotel wifi sometimes will lost connection, maybe there is too many people using, I’m not sure but it’s quite annoying. The shower holder is too tall, definitely higher than 2m, not user-friendly. The location is v accessible, there is a tram station called queen Victoria market nearby and it’s within free tram zone. There is a 7 11 at the end of the street, convenient to grab something fast. If you like Asian food especially Chinese/ Malaysian, there is quite a lot of options you can choose from

ホテルの設備は良く、部屋は広く、ベッドや寝具も快適でした。ただ、バーは荷物ロッカーとバスルームの間にあり、周りを歩かなければならないため、お湯になかなか手が届きませんでした。ジムは素晴らしく、使い慣れた設備が幅広く揃っており、使い勝手も良かったです。また、20～25メートルほどのプールと、14階にはテニスコートがあり、天気の良い日には快適にプレーできるでしょう。残念なのは、私の部屋が18階だったことと、窓からの眺めが普通だったことです。教会や庭園が見える同様の部屋もあるはずなので、少し残念でした。朝食はまあまあでしたが、中国で食べるものほど美味しくはありませんでした。

部屋も清潔感があって良かったです。立地も市内中心部でどこへ行くにも便利でした。唯一の問題は、ホテルの入り口に駐車スペースがないことです。もし貸切チャーターを予約している場合は、車が来る時間をしっかり計算して、すぐに乗り込んで出発できるように準備しておくと良いでしょう。 近くにはたくさんのレストランや中華料理店、スーパーマーケットもあるので、現地の食事が合わない場合でもとても便利です。

1. 部屋の細部がとてもスタイリッシュです。 2. 大きなベッドやソファベッド、お子様が遊べるルービックキューブもあり、この細やかな配慮は賞賛に値します。家族旅行や親子旅行に最適です。 3. 洗濯機や食器類は完備しておりますが、コンロはございません。パンや牛乳を電子レンジで温めるのは問題ありません。 4.大きなメリット：11時チェックアウト可能、特別な場合はレイトチェックアウトも可能！他のホテルは10時チェックアウト！ 5. ビュッフェも充実しています（洋食パンと軽食）。 6. チャイナタウンに非常に近く、ロケーションも良く、市内中心部の観光名所も徒歩圏内にあり、水族館、鉄道駅、連邦広場、美術館などもすべて近くにあります。一言で言えば、便利です！ 短所: 1. セルフサービスのチェックイン。飛行機の遅延のため、ホテルに到着したのはすでに午後 11 時を過ぎていました。パスワードを送ってくれましたが、部屋を予約した代理店はそれを私に転送してくれませんでした。スタッフが階下に来て鍵を受け取るまでに30分かかりました。 2. シンクの水がスムーズに流れず、歯を磨いたり、顔を洗ったりしても水が詰まってしまいます。おそらく解決できない古い問題です。夜中に面倒なので廊下の流しを使いました。

ホテルの立地は大変良いですが、スリッパが備え付けられていませんでした。歯ブラシもフロントに電話して頼む必要がありました。 2階にはウォーターサーバーがあり、水を汲むことができます。また、テイクアウトした食事を食べるためのテーブルと椅子も設置されており、これは非常に便利でした。そこでUNOをすることもできました。 ホテルの朝食はごく普通でした。少し不満だったのは、週末の朝食が7時開始なのに、日曜の朝、フライトに間に合わせるために急いでいた私たちを、7時5分になっても朝食会場へ通してくれなかったことです。最終的に、フロントにフライトの時間を伝えてようやく案内してもらえました。決められた時間を守らないのは、あまりにもルーズだと感じました。

グレートオーシャンロードから戻ってきて、またここに滞在しました。ホテル式アパートメントで、交通の便が良く、飲食店も豊富です。チャイナタウンにも近く、建物の下にはトラムが通っており、サウスメルボルンへは96番のトラムで簡単に行けます。教会や駅、ショッピングセンターにも近く、ビクトリアマーケットも遠くありません。しかもメルボルンの交通は無料です。アパートは広くはありませんが、新しく、自炊も可能です（私はしませんでしたが）。コストパフォーマンスは高いです。

このホテルには本館と別館があります。 本館はホテルタイプで、別館はアパートを改装したような作りになっています。 今回泊まった別館はキッチンに道具が揃っていてとても便利でした。ベッドルームも2つありました。特に円安なので日本人にとっては物価が高く感じますが、ここで自炊をすることで私は安く済ませられました。 目の前にフリートラムの駅があり立地的には不便ではありません。 ぜひメルボルンに訪れたら泊まってみてください。

絶好のロケーションと滞在するのに最適な場所。ホテルの設備は実質的に真新しく、レセプションスタッフとハウスキーピングチームの両方が私の滞在中フレンドリーでプロフェッショナルでした。私は1週間以上滞在し、このサービス付きアパートで時間を十分に楽しんだ。部屋は快適で、手入れが行き届いていて、必要なものがすべて揃っていました。私は再びここに幸せに滞在し、その地域を訪れる人にそれをお勧めします。

ハイアットリージェンシーメルボルンは、良い点と悪い点がはっきりしているホテルです。立地はまさに「最高」の一言です。 絶賛するべき点：ロケーションと眺望 このホテルは、メルボルンのシティウォークの出発点と言っても過言ではありません。コリンズストリートのパリ地区に位置し、降りるとすぐに高級ブランド店や人気クロワッサン店Luneがあり、駅、チャイナタウン、ヤラ川までも徒歩数分です。 高層階の部屋からは素晴らしい景色が広がり、街並みやセントポール大聖堂を見下ろすことができます。一部のリバービュールームからは、全豪オープンのテニス会場も見えます。

The Highlights 1. The location of this hotel is second to none. Right outside the door, you’ll find endless food options from quick bites to diverse international cuisines, plus plenty of cafés, bars, and public transport. Having the SkyBus stop to the airport just around the corner was convenient. 2. Every team member I met was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. They are well-trained and motivated to provide excellent service. 3. The room itself was spacious and modern. Both the daytime city views and night lights from the window were wonderful, and the furnishings felt new and well-maintained. 4. Guests have access to some excellent facilities, including a gym, a library, and a full wellness area. The indoor pool is comfortably heated even on a chilly Melbourne evening, and it comes with a sauna and bubble spa, which makes the stay feel more like a resort. What Could Be Improved 1. The room setup felt unusual. I booked a one-bedroom suite, but was placed in a two-bedroom apartment with the master bedroom locked off. I completely understand that I only paid for one room, but it felt a little strange knowing there was a part of “my” room I couldn’t access. Personally, I would have preferred a proper one-bedroom layout with full access. 2. The bedroom I was 'allowed' to stay in also didn’t have its own air conditioning. It relied on the living room’s unit to keep cool, while the locked-off master had its system. This design made things a bit uncomfortable at times, especially overnight. 3. The sofa had an unpleasant, urine-like odour, which made us reluctant to rest in the lounge. 4. The main door lock was rusty and stiff, making it frustrating to open and close. 5. There was no landline phone in the room to contact reception, so the only option was to head downstairs. A couple of times, even during office hours, the reception was unattended (likely because one staff member was juggling multiple tasks). It could be so inconvenient to have a more extended stay. 6. While the pool facilities were lovely, they were often crowded. The common facilities are shared with residents of the building as well as hotel guests, but this detracted from the relaxing vibe. Would I stay here again? Yes, probably. Mainly because of the unbeatable location, the great facilities, and the friendly staff. But I do think the hotel needs to address the details so that it can align with what they claimed as 'luxury'.
