イギリスウェスト･ミッドランズで、ジムのあるホテル

I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.

So convenient for everything!  We had an earlier check in than we expected. Met friends at Brindley place and enjoyed a weekend with friends. Breakfast was great, with a lot of variety, friendly staff and options for all diets.  Parking was super close and relatively good value considering the location. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom well appointed with White Company goods.  No noise from neighbours so all in all a really good choice.

初めてこのB&Bを訪れましたが、本当に感動しました。素晴らしいホテルで、素晴らしいバーや、ビリヤード台やシャッフルボードなどの設備も充実しています。素敵な現代的なデザインで、温かみがあり快適でした。料金の割に部屋も素晴らしく、スタッフも最高でした🥰また来ます！

Decent sized room. Reasonably clean. Has an indoor swimming pool, which is really nice. Location is not near the city center. Overall, a good stay.

築100年のホテルを改装し、比較的新しい。バーミンガム ニュー ストリート駅から 200 m です。電車で 20 分前に駅に入場できます。ビクトリア広場まで徒歩 5 分、図書館までは +3 分です。チャイナタウンまで徒歩7分。ホテルの朝食はセミビュッフェ形式で、パン、フルーツ、ドリンクはセルフサービスで、主食と呼ばれる肉や*はアラカルトで注文できるため、コストパフォーマンスが良くありません。

メルキュール バーミンガム ウエスト ホテルは場所もチェックインも簡単でした。私と夫は設備、プール、ジム、スチームルーム、サウナが気に入りました。スチームルームは初めての体験でしたが、ジャグジー スパは最高でした。ホテルはきれいで、部屋を変更しようとしましたが、宿泊客がたくさんいましたが、その旨を伝えて明確に説明してもらいました。素晴らしい朝食ビュッフェなどのサービスも気に入りました🥰🥰

このホテルはカップルの週末旅行に最適です。受付係は彼女の名前を思い出せませんでしたが、素晴らしかったし、私たちの部屋も無料でアップグレードしてくれました

This hotel building had marked its golden jubilee. Well maintain and upgraded. Spacious room. Excellent breakfast with variety. Walkable to symphony hall, ICC, Mailbox. Chargable carpark by 3rd party via staircase underneath. Highly recommend.

ホテルはとても便利ですが、周辺が少し汚いので満点はつけられません。 部屋は広くて清潔で許容範囲内です。 エアコンは約 2 時間ごとに自動的に停止し、温度が 19 度に調整され、風速が最大になったときにのみ再起動する必要があります。エアコンの騒音は非常に大きいですが、私は感じられません。実際には外は暑くありませんが、窓を開けているととても暑くなります。二晩よく眠れませんでした。 登録せずにボトル入り飲料水の代金を支払わなければならないという発想は斬新すぎて、私には完全に理解できません。 フロントデスクに物資を受け取るように頼んだところ、結局一晩中何もされませんでした。 少し遅れて11時頃に部屋を出て、16時頃に部屋に戻りましたが、まだ片付いていない様子だったのでフロントに聞いてみると、それだけだとの返事でした。午前中に片付けた。 全体的に、ホテルの場所と部屋は良いですが、エアコンの問題は深刻で、サービスはあまり協力的ではありません。必要がなければ二度と注文しません。

This hotel was fabulous, definitely recommend the stay. Staff are friendly, rooms kept clean, lots of things to do if you do not want to travel outside the hotel. Would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for the perfect break.
