"What a lovely place and a stones throw from the most beautiful beach ..could not fault the accommodation clean, modern and comfortable we will definitely book this again ..also a short walk into the old town where there are some lovely restaurants ..a lovely peaceful, friendly town thank you Altea we will be back!"

"This was our second trip to the Cap Negret and was a holiday to celebrate the 60th birthday for my wife, we visited last year for my own 60th so needless to say we really enjoy this Hotel. Booking in, the reception staff were professional, the room for us was very good, we were on the fifth floor looking out towards Altea Church, the hills and the sea towards Albir. Breakfast was excellent with good selection of breakfast items, for me the porridge with honey was a good choice and my wife enjoyed the omelette, toasts and the pancakes. The pool area is fabulous, the pool is nice and cold and the view out to sea is wonderful, either through the day or at night time, enjoying the odd vino, beer or two! The Staff were better this year, especially at the pool, all bar staff as well as the entertainment team. The entertainment acts were again good. The one downside for us this year were the pool beds, as some were grubby and really needed a good scrub. The gardens are still well maintained. The hotel is about 15 minute walk into Altea centre ( transport is provided by the hotel) but we enjoy the walk. All said another fantastic stay we hope to return next year."

"This is about the 4th time we have stayed here. It is beautifully decorated and the owners supply just about everything you could need, and some! In the bathrooms there is shampoo and shower gel, in the kitchen there is coffee, sugar, cereal, jam, butter and milk. The beds are enormous and very comfortable. It is located in the old town with a tapas bar virtually next door."

"Our stay was 7 nights the girl who checked us in was very pleasant everything we asked of her was sorted The property is situated on top of the town so lots of steps from beach but if you like walking won’t be a problem Very central for restaurants and bars and shops Festival was on so very lively over the weekend but was nice to see Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice we even made sandwiches from it to take to the beach buy a cool bag and freezer blocks Beach very pebbly so you will need beach shoes to enter water Overall our stay was excellent 👍"

"We stayed here for 3 nights (1st July-4th) but wish it had been longer. Stayed in Jacaranda room which was perfect. Bed super comfy. Beautiful pool and gardens. Amazing breakfast made fresh by Athena- she was so helpful ensuring we had freshly made juice (with fruit from gardens) and the most amazing cake. Parking at side of hotel. Amazing sunsets from the garden. We were so sorry to leave. Will definetly revisit."

"Lovely boutique hotel that is close to the old town. We did move rooms, first room (1) had no natural light and was in the basement so we asked to move to a smaller room with a large balcony overlooking the pool (8) which was a lot nicer if you like light airy rooms. The hotel is very quiet and only has 11 rooms so you are never unable to get round the pool. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Altea. I would only recommend Altea for a couple of nights as there is not much to do here once you’ve visited the old town which is a very steep climb up to. P.S we didn’t try the spa in the hotel either. The hotel staff were very pleasant but this hotel is not ideal if you enjoy general chit chat with other guests or staff as it just so very quiet….We were the only English too."
