"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Baia Azzurra. The views over Lake Garda were absolutely stunning, and the hotel’s tucked-away beach offered a peaceful escape from the busier areas. We really enjoyed the cafe/bar, and breakfast was excellent value. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor downside was some noise from neighbours through fairly thin walls and balcony doors, but it didn’t detract from our overall experience - we left very happy and relaxed."

"Very nice Hotel in an old Monastery. Nice location, but also a few problems. During our stay, there was a group of 10-15 people at the restaurant and next day at the pool.. drinking and celebrating. Together with the crying babies, we could not find the quiet monastery and SPA spirit. Further, they have only a few sunbeds with mattress (and more sunbeds without). So, people reserve their sunbeds early in the morning similar as in Mallorca. Finally, the service could be more attentive. When we checked in (two men), we got a male and a female bathrobe/ slippers. Not sure why. The staff is very friendly!"

"I've stayed at this hotel several times, at different times of the year, and I still think the reception is impeccable: it stands out for its professionalism, ability to listen to guests, and empathetic attitude. Breakfast is overall good, with room for improvement. I really appreciated the kindness and courteous, respectful approach of one waitress (the young, brunette one). It's her friendliness and professionalism that truly make the difference in the quality and thoughtful management of the service. The furnishings are modern and meticulously crafted, down to the smallest details. The cleanliness of the common areas, lobby, and rooms is excellent. The location, just steps from the historic center, is strategic."
