Stylish, Spacious & Great Location Near the Beach – A Relaxing Stay in Antalya Visited in early March 2026, which is a relatively quiet time of year, making for a relaxed and peaceful stay. The hotel is easy to reach from Antalya Airport and is located on the beach road, close to the Aquarium and waterpark. First impressions are striking — the reception area is dazzling in brilliant white, giving a very modern, clean feel. Elsewhere in the hotel there are subtle red accents, while the main restaurant is completely red, which creates a bold and distinctive look. Check-in was smooth, with friendly and helpful staff who were happy to answer any questions. As it was early season, some facilities weren’t yet open, but this wasn’t an issue as there are plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops within easy walking distance. There’s also a guest information desk near the entrance if you need help planning activities. Rooms are spread across nine floors and are very spacious, with a minimalist all-white design. The low-level beds are comfortable, and each room includes a sofa and a daybed on the balcony — perfect for relaxing. Standard amenities include a safe, fridge, TV, tea and coffee facilities, and two large bottles of water replenished daily. Nice extra touches include a small sewing kit and shoe care kit. (Note: minibar items in the fridge are chargeable.) The bathroom features a large double walk-in shower, plenty of towels, and bathrobes. There are also plenty of power points throughout the room (European 2-pin plug required). A useful feature is the option to schedule housekeeping at a time that suits you. Breakfast is served on Level 0 (reception is Level 2), with room key scanning on entry. The buffet is extensive, with seemingly endless choices. There’s an egg station with freshly cooked options, hot dishes, a wide variety of breads (with toasters available), fresh muffins and cakes, fruit, salads, yogurts, fresh-squeezed orange juice, other juices including immunity drinks, plus tea, coffee and Turkish tea. Definitely more than enough to start your day well. Food and drinks are available throughout the day in the bar and restaurant, with reasonable prices. Alternatively, head out the rear gate past the pool and turn left to reach a pedestrian walkway lined with restaurants, coffee shops, dessert spots, and pastry shops — all facing the beach promenade. Beaver Coffee is a great stop, and unLock Pub is also excellent for food. Walk right instead for more local restaurants and a pleasant beach walk. Old Town is just a short Uber or taxi ride away, offering a more traditional local atmosphere. The Old Town harbour is particularly worth visiting for great views and plenty of food and drink options. Back at the hotel, the fitness facilities are impressive, with a large, fully equipped gym, fitness classes, and personal trainers available if required. There’s also an indoor pool (plus outdoor pool for warmer weather), large indoor jacuzzi pools, and a spa area featuring a Turkish bath, steam room, sauna, and relaxation area. Massages and other spa treatments are also available. There’s a seasonal water park attached to the hotel, a large aquarium directly opposite, and a shopping mall with supermarket about a 10-minute walk up the hill. Overall, a stylish, comfortable hotel in a great location — I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did 👍🏼

How can a hotel with no integrity operate legally? On 20 November 2024, I booked a 3-night stay at Casamax Suites (21–24 April 2025) and paid the full amount of SGD 420.66 on the same day. We arrived at Casamax Suites around 9 PM on 21 April 2025 and proceeded with our check-in. - After presenting our passports and booking confirmation at check-in, the front desk staff notified us that Trip.com had cancelled our reservation. - We were in shock - how could this be? I hadn't received any cancellation notice from Trip.com. To confirm, I double-checked all my booking details with the front desk staff (booking date, payment date, booking number, etc.). Yet the staff still insisted that Trip.com had canceled our reservation. - After such a long journey, we simply needed a resolution that would allow us to check in and get some rest. - The front desk staff demanded we pay €300 before they would allow us to check in for just one night. - Since it was already late, we reluctantly agreed to pay a €300 deposit to check in first, intending to resolve the issue with Trip.com in the morning. I then provided my credit card to the front desk for the deposit payment. - Surprisingly, the hotel refused credit card payments. The staff demanded €300 IN CASH ONLY. - I informed the staff that carrying €300 in cash was impossible since we'd already prepaid our full trip. - Despite our explanation, the staff refused to let us check in unless we handed over €300 in cash. The staff suggested using the ATM at the hotel entrance to withdraw cash with my credit card. - This CASH-ONLY DEMAND raises serious concerns. - We were appalled by the staff’s unprofessional conduct and baseless insistence on cash payment. I formally requested written verification of the alleged cancellation by Trip.com, presenting my payment receipt as proof of the valid booking. - Only after I challenged them did the staff relent, offering to check us in ‘as an exception’ without payment. - I escalated this issue to Trip.com the following day, and they explicitly stated that my reservation was never cancelled. - To avoid further disruption to our travels, we chose to temporarily defer the matter. Despite our decision to prioritize our trip, the hotel’s misconduct must be addressed to prevent future guests from similar experiences. Meanwhile, we strongly demand the hotel provide a reasonable explanation for what happened that night.

モダンで清潔なホテル。広々とした屋外プール、屋内プール、サウナ、スチームルームがあり、料金にすべて含まれています。 オールインクルーシブプランを利用しました。朝食は午前7時から10時まで、その後10時から11時まで遅めの朝食が提供されました。 ランチは午後12時30分から午後2時30分までで、クロワッサン、トースト、シリアル、ハム、チキン、オムレツなどの肉料理、作りたてのソーセージ、トルコの伝統的なお菓子「ターキッシュディライト」など、豊富なメニューが揃っていました。ディナーは日替わりで様々な料理が楽しめるクッキングステーションがあり、ローストチキン、ラムドネルケバブ、パスタステーション、チキン串、グリルチキン、ミートボール、フライドポテト、スープなど、種類も豊富でした。デザートもチーズケーキ、スイスロール、リンゴ、バナナ、オレンジなどのフルーツ、チョコレートムースなど、種類たっぷりでした。 夕食には、パンやパンケーキなどのスープも各種用意されていました。 サラダを含むダイエットメニューがあり、バーエリアでは午後3時から4時までコーヒーとケーキが提供されます。 バーは午前10時から午後11時までドリンク無料、カクテルも含まれておりサービスは素晴らしかったです。ただし、ハーフパイントしか提供していないのは少し不思議でした。 テーブルサービスのドリンクは常に補充され、バーで並ぶ必要はありませんでした。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、レストランのスタッフはテーブルに水を運んでくれるなど、素晴らしいチームでした。 フロントは24時間営業で、ゲートには警備員がおり、ホテルの宿泊客のみ入場できます。敷地内にスパがありますが、非常に高額で、もっとお得なスパが他にもたくさんあります。敷地内にはショップがあり、タクシー乗り場はホテルの外にあります。空港からホテルまではタクシーで18ポンド、ホテルからタクシー乗り場までは12ポンドです。周辺にはバー、レストラン、ショッピングセンターがたくさんあり、歯科医も近くにあります（仕事を探しているなら）。 海と山の素晴らしい景色が楽しめます。

ホテルからの眺めは最高です。ビーチがきれいに見えるだけでなく、山々と街の一部も見渡せます。バルコニーがあるので、そこに座って心ゆくまで景色を楽しめます。この景色は飽きることはありません。ただ、ホテルはカレチやララ ビーチなどの中心街からは遠く、車で 15 分ほどかかり、タクシーだと料金が高くなります。ホテルは大きく、ロビーもとても広く、ビリヤード台からスパまであらゆるものが揃っています。オールインクルーシブに含まれているパティスリーでは、アイスクリームやその他のお菓子を食べたり、ラウンジでリラックスしたりすることができます。食事と絶え間なく提供される軽食で、お腹も心も満たされます。プールも最高です。全体的に見て、ホテルにはたくさんの魅力があり、間違いなく料金に見合う価値がありました。ただ、部屋はかなり狭かったです。

部屋はかなり広く、空港までは約10〜15分かかります。フライトが早いので、ホテルが事前に朝食を用意してくれます。これはトランジションの夜に適しています。アンタルヤ空港は大きいので、朝食を食べに空港に行くこともできます。

プールと朝食施設のある素敵な小さなホテル。部屋までWi-Fiが繋がらず使えなかったのは不条理ですが、幸いにも自分のデータを持っていたのでそれを無駄にしました。 また、部屋で今まで見た中で一番大きなムカデと他の死んだ昆虫を見ましたが、私にとってはそれほど大きな問題ではありませんでした。 このエリアでは駐車場が大きな問題で、初心者のドライバーなら駐車しようとすると間違いなく何かにぶつかります。 チェックインをしてくれた受付の女性はとても親切で丁寧で親切でしたが、チェックアウトのときに私を困惑させ、ちょっと待つように言うことすらせず、私に注意を払ってくれなかった男性がいました。

ホテルの場所と景色は美しいです。夕食は乾燥しており、ビーチでの朝食は無料で提供され、毒水と海水は素晴らしいです。

部屋の広さやその他のサービスにはあまり満足していません。私は朝食と夕食を含めて自分の部屋を予約しました。最小限のスプレッドで朝食を設定します。夕食も3つの選択肢から選べるように設定されました。

Отель снимали на сутки. Номер небольшой, но все имеется. Завтрак включен, шведский стол. Персонал доброжелательный, любят животных. Уютный отель. Есть бассейн, но он расположен в закрытой зоне от солнца.
