To access the Treehouse you'll climb deck steps from the road to the main deck where you'll be rewarded with an overlook of the valley and Spencer Butte's Summit. There is also an expansive walk in closet that has a window and could be used for a child who needs to stay close to their parents (we have an extra twin bed and a pack n play that can be brought to this space upon request).Downstairs has an open floor plan with an extra large kitchen island, a playroom with toys, books, and games, and a dining room that seats 8. There are 3 more spacious bedrooms (2 queen beds and one bunk bed room), a full bath with tub and shower, and a large half bath and laundry room with high efficiency washer and dryer. The yard is completely fenced and secure for pets with a slider leading out from the dining area.There is a smaller “apartment” type unit attached to this house that is available to rent separately if you have a larger group.
