「ホステルの場所は簡単に見つかります。午後8時に到着しましたが、受付係はまだ準備ができていました。チェックインの手続きは簡単かつ迅速です。ホステルの周りでは食べ物を見つけるのが簡単です。部屋は大きくありませんが、お湯は非常に良いです。エアコンの音が少しうるさいです。」

「We had a good 2 night stays at this hotel. We had conference at nearby IPB Convention center. So convenience. The staff was helpful. I will choose this hotel if I need to go there again.」

「Very happy with the Hotel and the room that we stayed in, we booked the deluxe twin bed and they upgraded our room with the bigger size. We also requested a quiet and nonsmoking room which is we are happy with what we got. They just need to upgrade the towel cause it’s looks old already and do the maintenance of the furniture inside the room cause some of their chair have lots of stains. Breakfast menu not bad, lots of options. Just need to check the plates some of them they didn’t wash properly.  Location it’s superb, very convenient to go here and there. Staff very friendly. Most of all we don’t mind to go back to stay in that Hotel again.  Thank you for your hospitality. Kind Regards  Rina」

「The staff very helpful and friendly i asked to upgrade my room into suite, and they provide it with the extra cost thats affordable, what need to improve is the taste and quality of their breakfast, the rice is not moist and quite hard and dried and the variety is not too much, and also you need to fixed the gym equipment you only provide 3 tools and one of them is broken」

「We loved our stay at the Whiz Prime Pajajaran. Our room (9020) have a great view over Bogor city. Very clean restroom and shower room (seperated). The mattress is to my opinion too hard but it's okay for just two nights. The hotel have a great inviting pool, too bad you can not order drinks or snacks at the pool side. The breakfast room offer Indonesian buffet breakfast. There are bubur ayam, sum sum, nasi goreng, ayam goreng mentega, kwetiau, several kinds of pastries, slices white bread with jam and chocolate paste, water melon and sugar melon to select. Unfortunately the fruit drinks are NOT fresh squeezed fruits but water mixed with concentrated fruit syrup. No fresh milk or yoghurt available. The downside of the buffet is that the flames of the food heaters were put off already at approx. 8:00 o'clock while the restaurant is still open till 10 o'clock. That's why all the warm food selections are cold already while guests still arriving at the restaurant! Please don't put the flames off before closing breakfast time. We decided for this reason only the first morning to have brekfast. Breakfast fee is IDR 100K per person. Overall staff are very helpful and polite. Will return again to Whiz Prime Pajajaran when in Bogor.」
