"ホテルはいつも通りの良質。駐車場は最悪。ホテルから少し離れたところに別の駐車場がある。駐車場へは徒歩で入ったが、受付にはドアをブザーで開けてくれる人が誰もいなかったので、ホテルまで歩いて戻り、スタッフを見つけるまで歩き回らなければならなかった。車を入れるために駐車場の入口ゲートが上がるまでかなり待たなければならなかったが、受付にはゲートをブザーで開けてくれる人が誰もいなかった。駐車場の出口には列ができていた。駐車場は1泊10ポンドだが、ある晩は駐車場が満車で、別の駐車場に停めて再度料金を支払わなければならなかった。この後、ホテルのバーでビールを1、2杯飲みたかったが、誰もサービスしてくれなかった。"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the welcoming message to the warmest of goodbyes… What a beautiful place this is! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed, and sadly, the goodbye came far too quickly. Jane and Jed are an absolute asset to this wonderful place. Their warmth, friendliness and wealth of knowledge really made our stay special. The stories and history of the place are fascinating, and you can really feel the love and character that has gone into making it what it is. Our room was beautiful and completely unique, with everything you could possibly need. The attention to detail was fantastic. A kettle, hairdryer, a lovely cool room and all those little touches that make you feel comfortable and at home. And then there’s the breakfast! A cold buffet that just keeps giving — so much choice and everything beautifully presented. You certainly won’t leave hungry! Every room has its own WOW factor, and the whole place has such a wonderful character and charm. Jane and Jed’s knowledge of the local area was also invaluable, with plenty of recommendations and information to help us make the most of our stay. From start to finish, we couldn’t have asked for a more lovely experience. Thank you, Jane and Jed, for making us feel so welcome and for sharing your beautiful place with us.
