Featuring a large private dock with space for two boats, upstairs tanning deck, kayaks, paddleboards, and a dock bar, this home is ideal for boaters and lake lovers.Relax in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or unwind on the spacious deck with seating and dining. Inside, enjoy a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, 46" Smart TV, and comfortable sectional seating. Ladder and rafts provided for cooling off when utilizing the dock.-We have full-time neighbors. Renters need to be respectful of noise during their stay.-We have a boat on a lift on the dock. This is not to be utilized by guests. We ask that you please stay off of the boat. There will be a fine if there is damage done to the boat or our boat lift.- If you have your own boat or wave runners, you are more than welcome to tie up along side the dock that has built in bumpers and cleats. Holly Grove Marina is located 3 miles from the house that has a boat ramp to use. Be mindful that you have to go under an overpass to get into Great Creek where our boat dock is. Large boats and wake towers will be a challenge to get through, however it is doable.- Closest boat ramp is Holly Grove Marina, 8826 State Rte 903, Bracey, VA 23919.If you experience any issues, please notify us right away so we have the opportunity to resolve them promptly. Finish the evening with s'mores around the firepit, gazing at the stars.This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home features a family-friendly, single-story floorplan with great areas for togetherness, as well as comfortable spots for private retreat. The main living area includes a game nook with a rustic, custom chess table and ‘treasure chest’ loaded with puzzles and games for all ages. Conveniently and centrally located is the kitchen and dining area. Outfitted with all your culinary needs, including specialty items such as low country boil pot, Croc-pot, ice cream machine and fondue kit. The kitchen has two counter stools and immediately adjacent is the large dining table. The family room offers ample comfortable seating, including sectional sofa, club chairs and a large smart tv.Off the family room is a generous screened-in porch overlooking the lake, a perfect spot for a quiet cup of coffee, daytime reading, happy-hour cocktails, or enjoying the fantastic sunsets. Beyond the screened porch is a deck with outdoor dining table, a pair of rocking chairs and gas grill. 🛏 The owner’s suite features a king bed, views of the lake, smart tv, private bathroom with walk-in shower. 🛏 Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, views of the lake, reading corner, and smart tv. 🛏 Bedroom 3 features (2) sets of bunk beds (twin over twin).🛏 Bedroom 4 has queen bed, smart tv and adjacent dedicated bathroom. Outside, in addition to fun around the firepit, there is also a cornhole set, kayaks, oasis mat, and noodles to keep everyone entertained. Water at the dock is 11 ft deep, perfect for jumping and swimming. Don’t forget your fishing rods and tackle, or even better, your boat! There is a spot for your boat (or you can rent one from one of the local marinas) at the private boat dock. The neighborhood slip is just around the corner from house. The home is at the end of a private drive and has a large paved parking pad that can easily fit 5+cars.***Please note, there are many stairs on the way to the dock.
