A Stellar Stay with Unforgettable Service - My New Go-To Hotel! I recently stayed at the Hilton and the experience was so positive it has cemented my loyalty. I was actually trying to decide between two hotels for our trip to visit friends, and I am so incredibly happy I chose the Hilton. From the moment we arrived, exhausted and weary from a long train journey, we were met with exceptional kindness. A huge shout-out to Luk Yue at the front desk. His service was nothing short of excellent. He was so polite, kind, and understanding of our tired state. To our absolute delight, he generously offered us a complimentary room upgrade. This gesture turned a good stay into an amazing one and set the tone for our entire visit. The room itself was perfect. The bed was amazingly soft, offering a truly restful sleep we desperately needed. The room temperature was easy to control and always comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and the level of cleanliness throughout was impeccable—everything was spotless. Furthermore, the buffet breakfast was absolutely fantastic! It offered a huge variety of hot and cold items, all fresh and delicious. It was the perfect fuel for our day and a wonderful start each morning. I’ve stayed at Hiltons before, but I have never experienced service this good. I never regretted my choice for a second. This stay reminded me exactly why trusted brands matter. Because of this experience, and especially because of staff like LukYue who go above and beyond, the Hilton will be my go on my next visit! Highly, highly recommended

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A Perfect Stay, 100% Satisfied! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay. A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future! 今回の旅行はとても満足でした。ホテルスタッフが前日にWeChatで連絡をくれ、Cindyさんは仕事が早く、希望の部屋タイプも確保してくれました。返信も迅速で、夜遅くでも連絡が取れて、サービスは完璧でした。部屋は山側で景色は普通でしたが、静かで良かったです。お子様連れにはパインコーン、大人だけなら本館をおすすめします。宿泊客は温泉に何回でも入れますし、シャトルバスも多くてどこへ行くにも便利でした。たまにバスが来ない時でもホテルスタッフが手配してくれました。ホテル敷地は広大で、チェックアウト後も散策できます。1日時間を取って色々なアクティビティに参加したら、あっという間に時間が過ぎました。朝食やホテル内のレストランはどれも美味しく、値段も料理と雰囲気に合っていて、素晴らしい友達との旅行でした。次回も利用したいと思います。

休日に急いで、私はついにYuyueの山の真ん中にあるプライベートスープのある小さな中庭を予約しました。快適で実用的であるとは思っていませんでした。温泉はとても快適で、設備も良いです。温泉に加えて、ホテルには大きな露天風呂もあります。プールとスイミングプールには、子供の遊び場があります。ホテルのケータリングもOK、朝食ビュッフェ、正午と夕方のアラカルト、多くの料理は地元の特産品、有名な天武湖魚頭スープ、100元のクーポンです。ホテルは天武湖(沙河貯水池)の向かいにあり、周辺の村には菜の花が咲いています。私たちの執事XiaoZengは気配りがあり、温泉水、食事、旅行などすべてがうまく配置されています。ありがとうございました。

午後3時に到着したのですが、部屋がまだ清掃されておらず、チェックインまで30分待つ必要がありました。不思議に思ってフロントに尋ねると、チェックアウトは正午だと言われました。3時間経っても清掃が終わっていないとは。フロントは宿泊客が多いためだと答えましたが、毎年国慶節は多いはずですよね？ホテルは事前に対策を立てるべきではないでしょうか？清掃スタッフをもっと増やすべきでは？この点は改善が必要です。 褒めるべきは、バトラーの丁文龍さんです。チェックイン前に WeChat で私を追加してくれ、シャトルバスでチェックイン場所に案内してくれました。荷物を部屋まで運んでくれ、冷蔵庫に預けたものはすぐに手配して届けてくれました。ホテルの朝食や各観光スポットについても WeChat でリマインダーを送ってくれたりと、この点でのサービス研修は非常によくできています。 部屋はハペのキッチンテーマの部屋で、息子は料理が好きなので、この部屋をとても気に入りました。夜も朝も長い時間キッチンのおもちゃで遊んでいました。窓の外は乗馬場ですが、眺めは本館の部屋の方が良いかもしれません。部屋の細部はすべてよくできていますが、1階の床は少し安っぽく古びて見えました。 部屋は2階で、1階はトランポリンパークです。外には動力を使わないリスの遊園地と芝生があり、夜にはキャンプファイヤーと芝生音楽祭が開催され、外国人2人が歌っていました。 宿泊すると、トランポリンパークの入場券、漆扇作り、旅行写真体験がプレゼントされます。 朝食は、これまで泊まったどのホテルよりも種類が豊富で、一番美味しかったのはネギ油和え麺でした。 ホテル内には有料のアクティビティもありましたが、私たちは体験しませんでした。

Room & Amenities: 10/10 -Bathroom Perfection: Loved having both a deep soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower, ideal for relaxing after a long day. The private toilet area added extra convenience. -Luxury Touches: Plush bathrobes and premium toiletries made it feel like a true retreat. Practical Comforts: The iron and ironing board were a lifesaver for attire/wrinkled clothes. View & Ambience: Breathtaking river views from the window—especially magical at sunrise and night. Serene and quiet, Perfect for uninterrupted sleep. Breakfast: 10/10 Huge variety of both Western and Chinese options (fresh fruits, eggs, dim sum, noodles). Highlight:The fluffy, made-to-order pancakes were divine—some of the best I’ve had! Service & Cleanliness: Spotless throughout-housekeeping deserves applause. - Staff were attentive and friendly, always quick to assist. Final Verdict This hotel is a gem, whether for business, romance, or a solo getaway. The thoughtful design, gorgeous views, and delicious breakfast make it worth every penny. I’ll absolutely return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Tip: Request a high-floor room for the best river views!

今回で3回目の宿泊ですが、以前よりもサービスがきめ細かくなりました。首を温めるもの、特別なニーズに対応する枕、アロマセラピー、夜食用のトレメラスープも用意されています。環境はいつもと同じで、特徴は温泉です。温泉は男女別に内湯と露天風呂が2つずつあります。昨日は雨が降っていたので、温泉に浸かるのは気持ちよかったです。風光明媚なエリアでのいくつかのパフォーマンスも雨のため中止されました。次回もここに泊まります。

私は滞在が大好きで、上海、成都、北京、重慶などを含む中国全土の複数のホテルに滞在しましたが、これまでのところこのホテルには最も快適なベッドがありました。雲の上に横たわっているような気がしました。 実際に写真にバスタブのあるクイーンルームを予約しましたが、チェックインすると、改装後はファミリールームにバスタブしかないと教えてくれました。私たちは大丈夫でしたが、数分でスタッフが来て、バスタブ付きの新しい部屋に案内してくれました。彼らはとてもフレンドリーで、親切で理解してくれました。 部屋はとても広としていて、巨大な鏡があり、テレビと電子トイレがあります。アメニティは素晴らしかった。同様に、部屋のインテリアはきれいでした。 場所も素晴らしいです、国際的なブランドを持つ巨大なモールを含む多くのモールのすぐ外にあります。場所は最高です。 これは私が中国に滞在した私のお気に入りのホテルで、またそこに滞在します!!戻るのが待ちきれません

設施完善，衞生較好，環境乾淨整潔舒適，服務態度好，服務周到，WiFi穩定，隔音效果較好，地理位置方便，交通便利

Booked an hourly rate room due to a flight delay. Immediately upon entering the lobby a gentleman - presumably a manager - offered me a cigarette. Even though I don’t smoke I found this to be a sweet gesture and an unmistakable token of appreciation of my business. It was also quite fitting as the facility is in an industrial area about 2 km from Benniu airport. Check-in was quick and I was immediately impressed with the room. Shiny new building constructed last year in an otherwise tired Neighbourhood. Spaciously narrow room. There were two beds, one single and one double. I’m surprised I’ve never seen this configuration before as it would benefit couples travelling with a child. TV was huge, wifi was fast and although the air con dial was confusing to turn on it pumped out beautifully cold air. Robot butler was fast. I think they offer shuttle service to and from the airport but a Didi is ~10 RMB. I was not expecting much but this place left an impression even though I only stayed for four hours. Thanks to the staff and I highly recommend it if the location meets your needs.
