The property itself is impeccably maintained, set amidst stunning natural surroundings, and offers a peaceful retreat with breathtaking views. What truly stood out was the personal touch provided by the General Manager, Nipun. He was there to welcome us on arrival and made a point of greeting guests each morning at breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a tranquil and picturesque setting. We look forward to returning in the future."

"A beautiful cozy space perched on the hills, Maple Resort oozes warm hospitality. We stayed at their suite and were floored by the luxurious setting and peaceful vibe. Not only is the hotel easy to access, but it also has the best cuisine. Their global flavors match with their impeccable hospitality. Best part is that it is pet friendly - they take care of your pets like family and serve them food with the same love and affection. I loved the nature trails and village treks that were so close to the property. If I were to travel to Chail one more time, I would stay at Maple again."
