"Stayed at two rivers as I was attending a wedding nearby. Room only. Pros: Ample parking Allowed me to pick up my keycard early (as I would be at the wedding until after 10pm) Taylors coffee bags and Yorkshire tea in the room were better than the average hotel tea and coffee. Cons: The toilet seat was broken and had sticky tape holding it together. Not sure this is very sanitary. I would stay here again but for £120 per night a taped up toilet seat is not good enough."

"このキャッスルホテルは魔法のようで、静かなエリア(ゴルフ粗い)にあります。公共エリアとレジャーエリアはとても良いです。 私たちは最も安い部屋を持っていました、それは大丈夫なサイズで、ダブルベッド、2つの椅子、2つのナイトスタンド、1つの引き出し、机とコーヒーテーブル+ワードローブがありました。 清潔さは大丈夫でしたが、表面にほこりがあり、カーペットに汚れ/ゴミがありました。 暖房とお湯がなかったので、レセプションに数回電話する必要があり、問題は解決されました。浴槽はとてもぎこちなく、水圧は悪かった ジムとプール/ジャグジーエリアは素晴らしく広としていて、サウナはとても楽しいです。 バスローブとスリッパは提供されませんでした(奇妙なことに、4つ星ホテルです)。 12:00にチェックアウト、非常に便利です。食べ物はルームサービスと一緒に超高価です。 駐車場は大丈夫で、タイトですが、利用可能なスポットがたくさんあります。 私たちはそれが大好きだったので、間違いなく戻ってきます!"

"Narrow steep stairs, not en-suite bathroom but across the landing dangerous at night! Very old fashioned bathroom. Ceiling is very thin with occupants very noisy above the bedroom, noisy house generally and right on road with traffic noise! Will not be staying here again! Cannot understand why they have such a high rating!"

"We had a wonderful traditional Sunday lunch with family and friends in their well appointed restaurant. The staff were knowledgeable and attentive and gave our mixed bunch recommendations on wine and food options. The food was delicious and all 6 of us were delighted with our choices. The wine recommendation was inspired. It also helps to be situated in a beautiful part of the world - I look forward to our next visit"

"On a weekend away visited Tintern Abbey and found this lovely hotel that had a very cosy lounge bar , 2 lovely fires on and very welcoming. We had really good real ale and a fabulous ploughman’s lunch with 3 local cheeses and some delicious home cooked ham . Would definitely recommend and visit again . Thank you for your hospitality ."

"The room is an old hotel with a history of hundreds of years. If you like this atmosphere, you can experience it. It feels a bit like the game "Stephenci's Memory". I didn't give five stars because if you arrive at night, it feels like a game, and the bird food is a bit scary. If you are a girl, you should consider it. Self-check-in, old houses naturally have inconveniences, but the price is there after all."

"Lovely hotel, has a real homely feel to it. I think it looks so inviting from outside. As we arrived in tintern and drove through the village to the hotel, we rounded the corner and my mum said 'oh the wye valley hotel, that looks nice'. I said, 'that's where we're staying!' We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. Delicious breakfast in the morning, with butchers sausage, bacon, good quality eggs, tomato and mushrooms. It filled us up till our evening meal. The evening meals were also very good quality, proper homecooked food, amazing fish and chips! Barry and Sue were such lovely hosts, friendly and took a genuine interest in where we were going each day. The staff we met of an evening were also really friendly and attentive. Our rooms were bright and airy. Very clean and the tea tray had an array of teas and coffee and packet of biscuits. It was great they were replenished each day as some hotels don't do this. The bar had a real traditional feel to it, nice atmosphere to eat in for our evening meal. We chose to eat at the hotel for all 3 of our nights. "
