"This hotel is located in the heart of Chishui city and appears to be quite new. Parking is very convenient and free of charge, which is a huge plus. The facilities and linens are all new and fresh. There was a slight new-construction smell, but it wasn't overwhelming. Initially, the air conditioning in our first room wasn't working properly and wouldn't cool down. After contacting the front desk, the staff member whose WeChat name was 'Yiyi' (一 一) was incredibly helpful. She quickly arranged for us to move to a room on the third floor. What's more, a staff member went ahead to the new room to turn on the AC and pre-cool it for us – excellent service! The new room had an outdoor balcony, which was perfect for smoking and enjoying the street view. It was also surprisingly quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. One minor issue was that in the bathroom, only the overhead shower worked; the handheld shower attachment had no water flow. This might be something worth checking. The bathroom itself was a little on the narrow side. The hotel's location is great for exploring local eateries, easily accessible by foot or taxi. On a side note, when booking, I highly recommend choosing the package that includes complimentary tickets. It's incredibly cost-effective! Individual tickets for the Great Waterfall and Yanziyan are quite expensive, so getting two tickets to these main attractions included with each room is a fantastic deal. The breakfast wasn't particularly impressive. We went around 9 AM, and some dishes were already gone with no replenishment. However, upon check-out, 'Yiyi' from the front desk thoughtfully gave us a souvenir, which was a very kind and personal touch. Overall, the facilities are relatively new."

"OMG, this hotel is a solid 100/100! My best friend and I stayed here, and honestly, I've always been a bit skeptical about booking hotels online. But after experiencing this one today, I'm a complete convert! The value for money is absolutely incredible. We'd just finished our college entrance exams and didn't have much money, but this hotel made us feel like we were getting five-star service without the five-star price tag! It really reminded me of a hotel I stayed at in Sanya – it even has its own pool, and the views are absolutely stunning. We ordered a coffee and just spent the whole afternoon there. It honestly felt on par with hotels in major big cities. I loved it so much! If I ever get the chance, my best friend and I are definitely coming back here. Five stars, five stars, five stars! I seriously recommend everyone to come and experience it!"

"Overall, it was quite good. The front desk even upgraded us to an upper floor free of charge. The room was well-equipped and had its own air conditioner. Besides the usual breakfast items, they also offered boiled noodles and rice noodles, which were delicious. "Five-star review! The experience at the Starry Night Hotel exceeded expectations. The room facilities were exceptionally complete, with smart voice control throughout. The room was spotless and odor-free, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had stable hot water pressure, and plenty of toiletries. Check-in was efficient and the service was attentive. I stayed for three days and ate all three dinners at the hotel restaurant. The chef cooked very well; I had clear fish soup, sour fish soup, stewed chicken with yam, and one dish I particularly liked: bamboo bird's nest stir-fried eggs—it was delicious. A very good hotel."
