Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Soggiornato per il concerto dei Pinguini Tattici Nucleari con famiglia e amici dal 19 al 20 luglio. Colazione internazionale super .

The staff was simply great. From the checkin, through the dinner, breakfast, and check-out, we were greeted by very helpful and cheerful staff. The hotel was itself very clean and tidy, the rooms adequately sized with comfortable beds.

Loved my stay. Great location away from the crowds and near the gorgeous Sempione park and several public transportation lines. Room was impeccably clean and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the perfect start to each day and Tony’s cappuccino was the best in the city.

Non ho mai trovato un letto così largo e situato in posizione buona,a circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro di Torino ,con il quale è collegato anche benissimo da mezzi pubblici.Personale gentilissimo sia alla reception che alla sala colazione,la quale risulta veramente ottima e abbondante sia per il dolce che per il salato , nonostante la cattiva abitudine di diversi ospiti di riempire borse e zaini di panini , affettati,formaggi e frutta da portare via.Le stanze sono ampie,i bagni un po' meno comunque sufficienti.

Camere molto belle e spaziose che permettono di soggiornare per anche più giorni in quanto permettono di avere anche una cucina compresa di lavastoviglie. Inoltre le camere sono dotate di lavatrice rendendo il tutto molto più completo. Inoltre il tutto è completato da uno staff molto disponibile ed educato.

Our original hotel room fell through elsewhere and we saw this hotel nearby. Stopped in and immediately got a very well-priced room (under 60 euros), and was handed a room key and remote I thought went to a ceiling fan. Even better: It was for a strong, cool air conditioner! We needed it after trudging around with our luggage on a hot day. The location is excellent: A four minute walk to Porta Susa train station and a one-minute walk to the 56 bus that takes you into the central area of Turin. Luca at the front desk was helpful, friendly and professional (and spoke English). The pizza place next door is fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel. It's not fancy, but it is very clean and comfortable. There is an elevator. We even had a small balcony in our room.

I recently stayed at Opera35 for two nights, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by poor service. Upon arrival, I was informed that there were no parking slots available for the first night (the hotel has, in fact, only 5 parking slots in front of it, while the private garage is at around 8 min walking). However, the receptionist did manage to secure a slot for the second night. Unfortunately, when I returned the next evening, I found that the slot was already occupied by another car. The gentleman at the front desk provided excuses but no solution. Additionally, I was not informed that the hotel is located in a ZTL (limited traffic zone) area until I realized it myself. When I asked for information, I was told that I should have paid a fee for the zone, which I found unacceptable (other hotels manage to get an exemption for it for their guests). During the shift change, the new staff member at the front desk suggested that I should have registered and paid for the access by myself, after my insistence, he said he could access to the system with the hotel’s credentials and asked me to make the request (I literally stepped back to the front desk and made the request myself). I did expect a higher level of service from a boutique hotel in a prime location, priced at over 200 euros per night. While the location and breakfast are amazing, and the rooms are satisfactory, the front desk service is subpar. Overall, I would rate the hotel as 0.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti ( dal 31/12/23 al 02/01/24) : hotel pulito , proprietari gentilissimi ed accoglienti, colazione discreta. Nonostante l ubicazione, che di primo impatto potrebbe preoccupare soprattutto se si hanno bambini piccoli, abbiamo trascorso due notti serene. La posizione strategica vicino alla stazione Porta Nuova permette di raggiungere a piedi il centro e tutti i luoghi di interesse di Torino. Rapporto qualità prezzo più che soddisfacente
