"Well the hotel had a guest whose 2 dogs bit an employee . We express concerns, they said they would refund our 1 night if we chose to leave . Unbelievable a guests dog bites an employee AND the guest takes the dogs to the gym ( so no one else can use it ) and management allows them to stay . We left with a promise of the 1 night refund . Still waiting . After 1 month still going back in forth and they will not refund my room after it was promised . Firstly DO NOT allow viscous dogs at your hotel , 2nd protect your employees and 3rd be good at business and refund your customer after you promised to . Hotel is ok , but business practice is terrible . BE careful with prepaying OR cancellation policies . DO NOT STAY HERE and make sure dogs that are staying are controlled and not available to bite anyone . This management group should be ashamed of not protecting its employees and not fulfilling a promise of a refund . BRUTAL"

"The room was quite new and clean, with a small balcony, which was nice. However, the door opened to a meeting room, which was quite infested with flies. The hotel is a little out of the city center, but it's still within walking distance. It was a bit noisy at night due to the loud music from the restaurant across the street. The Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak. Overall, though, it was a good value."
