They even called to make sure we had breakfast, and when we missed the mealtime, they took us to the storeroom to see what ingredients they had so we could order whatever we wanted and have it delivered to our room (truly excellent value for money; we kept exclaiming how happy and delicious it was while we ate!). When we were worried about not being able to get a taxi or getting a black cab at the attractions, they even took us directly to the entrance and picked us up from the hotel! It was raining and we didn't have umbrellas, so they kindly brought us umbrellas again! A truly wonderful experience!!"
