Place is really good and well maintained. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Lawn is awesome and the experience of dining on the lawn is memorable.

Location: Easily reachable and good road. Property: Greenery maintained well. Food: Breakfast spread is good. Soft idlis and crispy vadas. The Valentine's al-carte menu was OK. The valentine's day menu was confusing. The names were changed to match the theme but it didn't give any clear clue of what it was. We ended up ordering things we didn't wanted. Amenities: Good and clean rooms. Everything was functioning as expected for us. There are no water aerators to the taps. So there is lot of water wastage and also the water flow pressure is high. OKish indoor game area. The snooker que, TT bats aren't in great shape. Service: Excellent staff. Always ready to help.

We chose the place for its location, having stayed in Sandesh prince and pride in the past. The room was superb value for money. Room was quite good, especially considering the price point. The only negative was an exhaust problem in the washroom. Otherwise the Hotel is good and the staff are awesome
