This hotel is almost perfect for an overnight stay in McAllen. Below are the reasons: 1) Close to airport, less than 4-5 minutes of walking, hotel facing terminal and you can see it. 2) A huge mall within walking distance from hotel, 5-8 minutes, with eateries, food court and shopping. 3) Rooms are clean, with a fridge and microwave. 4) There is a pool and gym facilities. 5) Staff are polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Below are what I felt a little short, or else would be perfect: 1) Shuttle bus runs only from airport to hotel. Given the close proximity of the two properties, shuttle bus can be utilize to other places of interest, like shopping mall. 2) No meat option for breakfast, like sausages or bacon. 3) Water pressure for basin and shower can be stronger.

The reception team Marcus and Alondra are really friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable during the stay.

Llegamos al hotel y teníamos reservado con Trip una habitación king y con un sofá cama y cuarto grande . Y nos dieron una habitación normal con cama king y mi hija tuvo que dormir en el piso Así que quiero la devolución del dinero porque no fue lo que separamos . En el hotel dijeron que solo ustedes habían puesto una king . Y que ya no tenían nada para ofrecerme . Nos dieron la habitación221 Cuánto me van a regresar ? 素晴らしいホテル!清潔で、照明の良いエリア、レストランに近い、従業員はフレンドリーで親切で、私たちがその地域にいるなら再びここに滞在します。

We stayed here twice. The first time was during the week and the hotel was quiet. Hotel staff were helpful and kind. Only downside was that our WiFi kept disconnecting in the room. The second time was during the weekend (Saturday night). Our room was surrounded by kids running up and down the corridor, screaming, and making a lot of noise until about 1 a.m. (not the fault of the staff, but there needs to be some regulations towards noise at night) A lot of noise from outside as well as it is right next to the highway. All in all the stay was fin, but wouldn’t recommend to stay during the weekend unless you don’t mind the noise.

Very Good, just an advice and is that you coulld leave at least two water bottles in the room.

Очень приятный чистый стильный отель, расположение идеальное, особенно если вам нужно на автовокзал. Понравилось практически все. Видно что к управлению отелем подходят с любовью и огромным вниманием. Из минусов, то что при выселении вместо того чтобы вернуть депозит 25$, наоборот, вычли дополнительно 65$. После письма в службу поддержки исправили, но все равно осадочек остался.

호텔이 년식이 오래 된거 같지만 그래도 관리가 잘 되어 편히 쉬었습니다. 아침 10~ 저녁 10시까지 호텔 수영장을 이용할수 있는데 이 부분이 좋습니다.
