唯一の難点は場所が少し遠いことですが、それ以外は全て完璧でした。 エレベーターを降りてホテルに入った瞬間から、とても良い香りがしました。客室も嫌な臭いが一切なく、清潔感に溢れ、快適な環境でした。 3日間宿泊しましたが、騒音もなく、静かで、非常に快適な滞在でした。 客室フロアに入るにはカードキーが必要なセキュリティーゲートがあり、プライバシーもしっかり確保されており、安心して過ごせました。 朝食も種類が豊富で衛生的、そして美味しかったです。 フロントスタッフの皆さんはお若く、非常に親切で、コミュニケーションもスムーズでした。清掃スタッフの方も細やかな気配りができ、私たちが飲み水に困らないよう、わざわざ部屋にミネラルウォーターを何本か届けてくださいました。 チェックアウトの際には、フロントスタッフの方がお持ち帰り用のミネラルウォーターをくださり、細部にわたるまで、きめ細やかな配慮が行き届いていると感じました。 共有スペースには、たくさんの書籍や子供向けの絵本（読み聞かせ用）もあり、素晴らしいと思いました。 今後ますますのご発展をお祈り申し上げます。自信を持っておすすめできるホテルです。

My wife and I recently stayed at the Hampton by Hilton in Qingdao City and we are so thrilled with our experience that we felt compelled to share. This hotel truly stands out for all the right reasons and provided us with a comfortable, convenient, and genuinely enjoyable getaway. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the spotless cleanliness throughout the entire property. The lobby was bright and inviting, the hallways were pristine, and our room was immaculate. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, and it made our stay feel both safe and luxurious. The staff deserves a special mention. Every team member we encountered, from the front desk to the dining area, was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They greeted us with genuine smiles, were always ready with a local recommendation, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their positive attitude really set the tone for our entire trip. Now, let’s talk about the breakfast – it was excellent! We’ve stayed at many hotels where the complimentary breakfast is a bit of an afterthought, but not here. There was a fantastic variety of selections to choose from. We enjoyed hot items like waffles and scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, pastries, and healthy yogurts. The coffee was always fresh and piping hot, and there was a great selection of teas and chilled juices to start our day right. It’s a real game-changer to begin a day of exploring with such a satisfying and delicious meal. What truly sealed the deal for us was the incredible value. The price was very reasonable, especially when compared to other hotels in a similar category that we've stayed at in Qingdao. You get so much more for your money here—the excellent breakfast, the modern, clean rooms, and the wonderful service make it a standout choice. The location was another huge plus for us. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, making it incredibly easy to get around the city without a car. Furthermore, the surrounding area is vibrant and full of life! We loved being able to step outside and find great restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. It felt like we were in the heart of the action. Finally, as non-smokers, we greatly appreciated that the entire hotel, including all rooms, was completely smoke-free. It made the environment so much more pleasant. In summary, our stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Qingdao was practically perfect. It offers incredible value, combining cleanliness, exceptional service, a delicious breakfast, and a prime location. I spent a weekend here, and it was a great experience! My apartment was absolutely fantastic, offering breathtaking views from the 42nd floor. Waking up to that sea view every morning was truly a highlight of my stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. The facilities and services provided by the hotel are top‑notch. The hotel staff are helpful and professional. I am glad I chose this hotel for my trip! I genuinely enjoyed every moment spent there. 4泊の滞在中、チェックインから滞在中の様々な問い合わせ、急な要望への対応、そしてチェックアウトまで、何度もフロントのKimiさんにお世話になりました。最初から最後まで一貫して素晴らしいサービスで、よくあるような最初は親切だけど後から態度が変わる、なんてことは一切ありませんでした。ちょっとした質問から、客室の手配、エグゼクティブ特典、朝食の権利など、Kimiさんは全て明確に、正確に答えてくださり、矛盾した説明もありませんでした。プロフェッショナルで安定していて、忍耐強く、そして誠実で控えめな対応は、最初から最後までスムーズで途切れることのない素晴らしい体験でした。これほど質の高いフロントサービスは本当に珍しいと思います。青島ウェスティンを友人や家族に勧める際には、フロントのKimiさんの素晴らしいサービスを特に伝えたいと思います。改めて感謝申し上げます。

Definitely not a 5 star hotel they claim to be on Trip.com. The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered. In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room. Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room. Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests. Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning. The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired. On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

今回の青島君庭空港ホテルでの滞在は、期待をはるかに上回るもので、乗り継ぎや早朝便を利用する旅行者に最適です。ホテルのゲストサービスセンターのMadelineさんが予約を手伝ってくれ、対応が素晴らしかったです。 ホテルは膠東空港ターミナルと直結しており、短い徒歩圏内で搭乗ロビーに直接アクセスできます。フライトに乗り遅れる心配もなく、タクシーでの移動の手間も省けます。 客室は広々としており、清掃も行き届いていました。寝具は肌触りが良く、防音もしっかりしているので、空港の滑走路に近くても夜は非常に静かで、安心して休むことができました。バスルームはウェットとドライが分離されており、設備も充実していて、アメニティの質も高く、快適な滞在でした。 フロントスタッフは親切丁寧で、チェックイン・チェックアウトもスムーズでした。無料で荷物を預かってもらえるなど、細やかなサービスが印象的です。朝食は種類が豊富で、中華と洋食があり、本格的な味で、様々な食事のニーズに応えられます。さらに、温水プールとジムも完備されており、旅の合間にリラックスできます。 全体的にコストパフォーマンスが非常に高く、ビジネスでも旅行での乗り継ぎでも大変おすすめです。次回青島を訪れる際も、またこのホテルを選びたいと思います。

We had a wonderfully cozy stay at this hotel—it felt like a peaceful escape by the sea. The room was warm and inviting, with a stunning ocean view that made every morning feel special. We spent hours at the water park, which was clean, fun, and perfect for both kids and adults. The staff were genuinely friendly without being intrusive, and the little comforts—like plush robes, blackout curtains, and fresh pastries at breakfast—made all the difference. It's not a huge, impersonal resort, and that's exactly what we loved about it. Just a charming, relaxing getaway that we're already hoping to repeat.

崂山地区に滞在する予定だったので、ロケーションは最高でした。青島ビール博物館などの観光地に行く予定がほとんどなら、簡単ではないかもしれません。とにかく、地下鉄があるので、ダウンタウンを観光したいときにも便利です。ホテルは、2号線の海友駅または海川駅から徒歩10分です。 私たちは朝食に中華料理はあまり好きではないので、無料の朝食は魅力的ではありませんでした。*とパンはありました。 エレベーターがあるので、荷物を各階まで運ぶのに便利です。部屋はきちんとしていて清潔で、外出するたびに掃除してくれます。

写真を撮るのを忘れてしまいましたが、この料金にしてはかなり清潔です。必要なものは一通り揃っています。使い捨てスリッパはフロントで借りられます。唯一の問題は机がないことです。キャビネットが机の角を邪魔するデザインになっています。片側にキャビネットがあり、反対側がオープンになっている机の方が足元のスペースが広くて良いかもしれません。また、ベッドサイドのランプはもう少し片側に寄せて欲しいです。真ん中だと、一人で寝ながらスマホを見ている時にうっかり触ってしまいます。

環境はとても良く、とても清潔で、テレビはかなり大きく、ネットワークは非常にスムーズです。部屋には独特の臭いもなく、寝具は非常に乾燥していて柔らかく、良いレビューがありました。街歩きに重点を置くなら本当に検討できて、とても便利です。中山路と天津路はすぐ近くにあり、夜景を撮影した後、夕方に街を掃除した後は、直接歩いて戻るのにそれほど問題はありません。
