"Lovely apartment for the two of us. Very clean and had all equipment needed to be self catered. Quiet as expected in October. Most restaurants still open and lots to choose from within walking distance. Garbis family made us feel very welcome. As for most of Kefalonia, I advise renting a car. We managed to explore most of the island from Lourdas. Would definitely stay again. Thank you"

"The hotel has a great location, not far from the beach, and plenty of restaurants nearby. There's a small supermarket to the right of the hotel entrance where you can buy yogurt and other similar items. Behind the hotel is a commercial street where you can shop, but the shop owners are quite casual, and some close very early. The room has a small balcony, not too big or too small. The only drawback is the poorly designed bathroom; the shower is too small, and the toilet paper isn't even next to the toilet! You can arrange airport or ferry pick-up through the hotel on Ctrip, but this will incur an additional fee."

"We were very disappointed with our recent 1 night stay at this hotel. We booked a classic room promising personal concierge service, early/late check in, and welcome treat. The initial receptionist ( lady with long dark hair) was lovely and helpful and promised our room would be ready for 1pm -- we had to wait until nearly 2pm for the room. We didnt receive a welcome treat (or was that meant to be the 'welcome drink' that we did get) and we saw no sign of our personal concierge. The room was comfortable enough - it was small though and the balcony was tiny (although it had a lovely view over the main town square). There was no hairdryer in the room -- we mentioned this to reception and the male receptionist was a bit offhand and advised we ahould have called him and he would have made a hairdryer available ---- well the cleaner should have checked that the room had the hairdryer in the allocated wardrobe drawer before declaring that the room was ready for us! We were disappointed that there was no coffee/tea making facilities in the room -- although to be fair the availability of these facilities was not included in the room description. The safety deposit box was completely out of reach on top of the built in wardrobe -- useless......I mentioned this to the male receptionist, who suggested we should 'climb' (presumably using the single cfhair in the room) to get access!). Not wonderful health and safety!!! There were 3 steps by the main entrance to the hotel - this made it difficult for anybody with large suitcases......there appeared to be no 'accessible' hotel entrance. Breakfast was just about acceptable -- usual half cold bacon, cocktail sausages and eggs in buffet style and continental choices (cold meats, cheese etc). Nice pastries and the coffee was remarkably good coming from a machine! All in all -- disappointing for the money we paid. This was our second visit to this hotel --- we probably would stay there again if only for its location in Argostoli."

"スカラタウンから徒歩約30分の場所にあるホテルは、砂浜の向かいにあります。驚いたことに、道路はポロスへの主要ルートですが、混雑しすぎなかったので、道路から騒音はほとんどありません。ホテルの駐車場の近くの小さな駐車場。すべてのスタッフは特にロディとエヴリンが素敵でしたが、すべてのスタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした部屋は広としていて、海の景色が良く、シャワールームは最近改装されたように見えました。ベッドは快適で、小さな冷蔵庫/紅茶/エアコン、テーブルと椅子のある小さな金庫/バルコニー/約50チャンネルのフラットスクリーンテレビ、私たちの部屋の良いwifi受信(201)プールエリアは素敵で、プールは暖かくてきれいでした。快適なクッションとビーチタオルを備えたサンベッドがたくさん毎日提供されます。海の景色を望むビュッフェスタイルのダイニングルーム。朝食はほぼ全員に選択肢が豊富でした。夕食に少しがっかりしました(お金の選択/価値)会議室での毎日の映画ショーは、プールバー以外の娯楽の証拠が夜にワールドカップフーティーを上映していたのを見ませんでした。ギリシャでの宿泊施設は私の経験では非常に基本的なことができます。このホテルは4つ星としてブランドされており、ギフトやソフトドリンクの小さなショップなど、快適な滞在に必要なものすべてを提供すると思います。またここにいて嬉しいです。"

"Really friendly hotel nothing to much trouble. Rooms were very clean & serviced everyday. Nice quiet place to stay. Lots of restaurants on the main road above the hotel. Breakfast was very good & the choice of items fresh and plentiful. Sat out on the verandah most mornings eating our breakfast. The only criticism was the bed was not comfortable but this is a personal preference."

"Hotel is positioned on a beautiful part of the island. The grounds are lush and pool is great. We loved everything here as far as the environment, views, amenities and our room, but the service was quite poor specially with the front desk. Our room was directly by the pool, and two nights in a row live music was playing at the pool restaurant until 11pm, which is great if you are there enjoying it, but not when you have a small child and trying to put them to bed. The next day when I told the front desk member that the music was very loud in our room and we were unable to sleep he just said yes we can play music until 11. When I pushed further and asked if we could be moved the answer was no. And that was that. I was stunned at this terrible customer service. I appreciate the hotel was fully booked but a simple gesture, an apology or sympathy would have gone a long way."

"Very good hotel we stayed in a superior room with pool and sea view which was ok but the bathroom needs updating. Plus points however are it was kept spotlessly clean by the maid Adriana who seemed to be always cleanjng. The breakfast room was very inviting with plenty of choices and the two ladies there were very pleasant and helpful. The pool didn't really have a shallow end so not suitable for non -swimmers as was stated by several people because difficult to access. Lovely setting with small private beach. Two tavernas close by but no local supermarket. There was however a bakery. Easy stroll into Sami about 20 minutes where there are many excellent restaurants. Please note that the sister hotel Athina has use of the pool. The Athina bar however at night is lovely with reasonable prices. Bar at the Emerald lacks atmosphere and is usually empty."

"Once again our stay has been nothing short of exceptional. This hotel really feels like you get villa luxury with the bonus of wonderful staff who can not do enough for you. Breakfast is wonderful as you are able to order from the menu (included) or self serve from their recently renovated bar area. The rooms are spacious with balconies covered in fresh trailing flowers. The view is nothing short of sensational - we often wonder if we should tell people about this wonderful place or gate keep it so it doesn’t get too busy. A truly wonderful bolt hole which we can’t help but return to. We never thought we would be the type of traveller to return time and time Again but this place really is perfect! They can’t do enough for children and even helped to organise the most wonderful 40th birthday celebration for me and my extended group this year."

"If you are looking for an authentic Greek experience, Mouikis Sun Village will not disappoint. Situated between the mountains and the sea, it is a quiet tranquil location. A little isolated for some, but with a car main attractions are easily accessed. Antonis the “boss” is very helpful and provides transport when he can, at a reduced cost, and the lovely receptionist (I don’t know how to spell her name !)will phone for taxis if you ask. Rooms are basic, but our room was beautifully decorated, in modern, restful colours, spotlessly clean, with a lovely view. Beds comfortable, bedding and towels changed daily. A small kitchenette provided everything you need to prepare snacks. The pool area is clean, with beautiful sea views, and often stunning sunsets to enjoy . The staff at Mouikis Sun Village made our holiday. Every single staff member was kind, cheerful, helpful, doing everything they could to give us a relaxing experience. The food was very good. We found the ample main meals too much for us, and ordered two or three starters between us for our dinner. Beautiful pizzas and eye wateringly fresh salads provided a good lunch . Try Annie’s smoothies too. yummy. with a glass of wine on the terrace. A few issues stopped a five star review for me. The bathroom and shower very small, and some outside areas are in need of a little TLC. This was not a problem for me as I had fun re -designing in my mind, and I liked the concept of rooms in a village square sort of setting, but for some it could be. It is clear efforts at refurbishment is an ongoing process. The airport runway is close, but I did not find it intrusive at all. Plenty of sun beds, and parasols although some need renewal. Would I go to Mouikis Sun Village again? Absolutely."

"今日はスパでとても素晴らしい経験をしました。ホテルには泊まらないのですが、マッサージを予約してとても嬉しいです。私のマッサージセラピスト、アントニアは絶対に信じられないほどでした。彼女はとてもフレンドリーで親切で、私が今までに持っていた最高のマッサージの1つをくれました。普段はタイ式マッサージが強いので、リラックスしたマッサージで何を期待できるかわかりませんでしたが、素晴らしかったです。プレッシャーは完璧で、彼女は私の背中の痛みと緊張を和らげるのに本当に役立ちました。私はとても気分が良くなりました。また、私が到着したときに私を歓迎してくれた素敵な受付係に感謝したいと思います。彼女とアントニアはとても暖かくてフレンドリーで、とても安心してくれました。また、治療後にサウナとスチームルームを楽しむように手配してくれて、全体の経験をさらにリラックスさせました.マッサージの前にプールサイドでランチをしましたが、絶対に美味しかったです。食べ物は信じられないほど新鮮で、設定は美しく、サービスは素晴らしかったです。ケファロニアでの残りの滞在にアドバイスを提供してくれたクリスに感謝します。ケファロニアを訪れる人にこのホテルを喜んでお勧めします。そこに滞在していない場合でも、スパトリートメントを予約してランチを楽しむ価値があります。私は間違いなく戻ってきます!"

"This is an exceptionally good hotel and we enjoyed it very much. It's the first time I've stayed in a hotel like this and the communal pool has been so quiet - absolutely zero stress about will we get a sun lounger. The hotel is so small and intimate you feel really well cared for and heard. Our room was beautiful and we enjoyed the breakfast and food in the restaurant - very good. We had a massage and facial too - both excellent. Really beautiful views also. Found all the staff to be really kind and helpful. A truly wonderful and relaxing place to stay and we will return. Only downside is I think the price point is quite high but that wouldn't stop me coming again. We hired a car which I would say is a must. We loved Dafnoudi Beach in the north, Assos, hiring a boat for the day and going to the volcanic beach and white rock beach and the underground lake caves."
