ベルファストへの出張中、ホリデイ イン ベルファスト シティ センターでの滞在を本当に楽しみました。食事は最高、ロケーションは完璧、WiFi も最高でした。部屋は清潔で快適で、忙しい一日の後にリラックスするのに最適な環境でした。 スタッフは非常に親切で、いつでも質問にお答えします。深夜に文書を印刷する必要があったときも、スタッフはためらうことなく対応してくれました。訪問すべき場所の詳細な地図も提供してくれたので、街を探索するのにとても役立ちました。全体的に素晴らしい体験でした。このホテルを他の人にぜひお勧めしたいと思います。

非常に中心部にあり、大聖堂地区やレストランまで歩いてすぐの距離です。部屋はモダンで、ベッドは快適でした。素敵な滞在でした!

早朝の研修コースのため、ホテルに一泊しました。 グランドセントラル駅からは徒歩20分ほどかかりますが、天気の良い日にはベルファストの街並みを眺める絶好の機会です。 部屋は清潔で快適、特にベッドは最高でした。スタッフはとても感じが良く、親切でした。 アメニティも充実していて、朝食も素晴らしかったです。 ぜひまた利用したいと思います。

A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel.

Absolutely amazing, the atmosphere, the food, the drinks, the swimming area, the room, everything was 100% 10/10. The staff were also very kind and welcoming with good communication, to anyone who is thinking about staying, go for it!

このホテルでの本当に素晴らしい滞在-短いですが、間違いなくお勧めです!ホテルは本当にモダンで、とても中心部にあります。ベルファストは非常に歩きやすく、ここでの時間を大好きでした。レセプションチームはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。

アパートは素晴らしく、とても清潔で、良い場所にありました。唯一の問題は、私がそこに着くまで気づかなかったことです。これは私が予約したときの詳細の一部だったはずです。未払いの金額としてのみ記載されると言われましたが、請求されました。それ以外は夢のアパートを楽しんだし、また泊まります
