ゲゲストホテルは高知空港の近くにあり、空港から徒歩約5-10分です。
ホテルには24-hourセキュリティとスタッフがいます。レストランの入り口からサービススタッフは皆とてもフレンドリーで歓迎してくれました!ホテルの看板ははっきりとマークされており、駐車場はとても便利で、隣に薬局があり、ショップは10-minute歩いてすぐです。周囲の環境は比較的静かです。
部屋は一般的に清潔で広としていましたが、ヘアドライヤーはなく、シャワージェルとシャンプーは使用され、少し汚れているように見え、使用をためらっていました。
さらに、ホテルには予約に空港送迎が含まれていましたが、チェックイン当日の繰り返しの問い合わせにもかかわらず、返信はありませんでした。そのため、フォームに記入しましたが、このサービスは提供されませんでした。空港到着当日、Uberでホテルに到着しました。ホテルがこのサービスを提供していない場合は、フォームを利用できません。不便になります!

ゲゲストthe base rooms in the old section of the building were very small, and there was no ventilation. thess rooms were just under their restaurant and was separate from the building that was shown in the pictures. since we were two females travelling the hotel ”upgraded” me to an ”executive” room which was in the new section of the hotel. that room was even smaller with one 5×4 bed and just enough space to pass through. the only advantage was it was in the new section and didn't look secluded.
breakfast options were very limited.
the best thing about the hotel was it's location. situated in the heart of fort kochi, it is very close to the fort kochi beach and other attractions.

While it's not a luxury experience, it's decent for a budget option and provides a calm atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle.

DDR JANIRA KUMARIThey couldn’t find my booking, so i was stranded at the hotel lobby for few hours before i offered to pay again for my room only then they provided me with a room .. that too downgraded ..
even though i showed my confirmation email and with a corresponding email to confirm my room yet to the property, neither the hotel or the helpline from trip after that could detect my booking - after checking in - i spent another few hours with trip helpline to get the room i deserve - but trip reasoning was the booking was done through a chinese agent and they couldn’t get through .. so i wasted another few hours .. still i did not get my deserved room ..
i was thrown into a deep end corner room
with a terrible sound pollution.. i was here with an elderly who was terminal .. so it was a total nightmare .. nor the hotel staff or trip were helpful ..
