空港への送迎は不可能だと認識した方が良い。ホテルの人達は親切でよかった。

one night from 10.30 pm to 10 am we stayed there . i booked unknowingly non Ac but later on i converted from non ac to ac and charged extra Rs.800 which was too much ..Food we ordered from out side which good but they did not provide spoon . Very small rooms as we can not turn one side to another area in room and bath room also tiny . Staff was very excellent night shift person was so very nice no doubt . Now again after visit another places and my home again i booked for one day stay in other hotel not in this . Loation is in village side nearby airport . cleaning of the room and toilet was good. overall i give average and will never stay again in this property .

ホテルは高知空港の近くに位置し、空港から徒歩5～10分ほどです。 ホテルには24時間体制のセキュリティとスタッフが常駐しています。エントランスからレストランまで、スタッフは皆とてもフレンドリーで親切でした。ホテルの案内表示は分かりやすく、駐車場も非常に便利です。隣には薬局があり、徒歩10分圏内にはショップもあります。周辺環境は比較的静かです。 部屋は概ね清潔で広々としていましたが、ヘアドライヤーがなく、シャワージェルとシャンプーは使い古されたように見え、少し汚れていたため、使用をためらいました。 さらに、予約には空港送迎が含まれていましたが、チェックイン当日に何度も問い合わせたにもかかわらず、返答はありませんでした。つまり、フォームに記入したにもかかわらず、このサービスは提供されませんでした。到着当日は、Uberを利用してホテルまで移動しました。ホテルがこのサービスを提供していないのであれば、フォームを用意しない方が良いでしょう。非常に不便です。

neat and clean space , amenities what they are mentioned in MakeMyTrip all are satisfied. Especially there staff have good behaviour. What ever requirement needed at any time without any hesitation they do. Really appreciate that 👍

It felt misleading and unprofessional, especially since the pool was one of the few leisure amenities offered. I understand that maintenance issues can arise, but transparency is important. A simple heads-up before arrival or a temporary note on the website would have gone a long way. The rest of the stay was fine — the room was clean and the staff were polite — but the lack of honesty regarding available facilities really put a damper on the experience. If you’re booking specifically for certain amenities, I’d recommend double-checking with the hotel directly before confirming.

the base rooms in the old section of the building were very small, and there was no ventilation. thess rooms were just under their restaurant and was separate from the building that was shown in the pictures. since we were two females travelling the hotel ”upgraded” me to an ”executive” room which was in the new section of the hotel. that room was even smaller with one 5×4 bed and just enough space to pass through. the only advantage was it was in the new section and didn't look secluded. breakfast options were very limited. the best thing about the hotel was it's location. situated in the heart of fort kochi, it is very close to the fort kochi beach and other attractions.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Aber super Service und es reicht für einen Zwischenstopp, es ist zu Fuß in ca. 30 min erreichbar.
