「Wonderful stay with a lovely breakfast Really enjoyed my stay at Treebo Grace Inn. The room was neat and clean, and everything was well maintained. The staff were courteous and helpful, which made the stay feel very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was one of my favourite parts of the stay. There was a good selection of South Indian dishes, and the freshly prepared dosa was particularly nice. The rooftop breakfast setting was also a pleasant experience. The hotel is also in a very convenient location for visiting the main attractions of Puducherry. Overall, it was a lovely stay with good hospitality, cleanliness and value for money. I would happily recommend this hotel to others.」

「Nice spacious outdoor swimming pool with a Spa facility.for reasonably priced traditional Ayurvedic massage. Rooms are also very spacious. Some of the decor is starting too look a bit tired.」

「The french villa was a moderate stay. The distance to beach is 3-5 mins walk only. The location of the hotel is very appropriate as all the cafeteria and restaurants are nearby or better to say in the same location only. The negative was the reluctant nature of the staff. I would say a little motivation is required there. Overall budget can be slightly low as there isn't much special about the rooms. No cupboard to keep clothes also. Average stay. Cost can be less.」

「The best hotel I have stayed in in whole India. The service is better than at Hilton and Ramada. The manager and stuff make an impressive job to make their patrons’ stay impeccable. Rooms are clean, spacious, recently renovated and decorated to European standard. Quality of food is 5/5 and the stuff is always at your beck and call, genuinely, with a lot of respect. It’s the best customer service we have experienced in whole India. Moreover, one of the stuff members even came late at night to the bus station in order to be sure that we didn’t miss our shuttle.
