Спасибо за Ваш милый отель. Да за эти деньги у вас все замечтательно и удобно и все для людей. Расположение замечтательное. Метро рядом. Две остановки и на площади восстания. Мне достался очень хороший номер в тихий двор и все было. И большая кровать и холодильник и свч даже чайник и фен. Все очень здорово! Видимо у кого нет этого в номере все есть на общей кухне. Мне все очень понравилось!!

ゲゲストClean, neat and tidy room equipped with cooking equipment, hair dryer, clothes iron, usb charging ports and other useful amenities for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is likewise neat and tidy, with a towel dryer, sufficient lighting and personal care products available .
The staff was very helpful and conversational in English, the signages and announcements are translated into English and Chinese which makes it a very hospitable place for non-Russian speaking travelers.
The hotel itself is situated about 15 minutes away by car from Pulkovo Airport and in walking distance of buses which bring you to the metro station/St Petersburg city center. Across the hotel, there is a supermarket (Pyaterochka, opened until 11pm) and some small restaurants.
Definitely worth it!
EE3319****實在是很想因為前台的服務態度給全0.5分,但是我還是實事求是吧,希望大家都遇到比較理想的前台。為什麼這麼生氣呢。這個酒店前台離大譜。接待我們的是一位女前台,我們訂了兩間兩晚,豪華雙床,拿房卡進房間後發現兩位女生的雙床房被擅自改成了大床。回到前台,前台態度強硬,理由:1 沒雙床了;2 因為我網上訂的原本是單人入住,系統自動換成了大床(可是我兩間房是同一個訂單,兩位男生房間是雙床,且兩間房都在入住五小時前現場提前付款了加人費用,且有收據)。如果是系統變更,怎麼不兩個訂單一起變更,怎麼偏偏就選中兩個女生的房變成大床房,是覺得女生能比男生更能輕易接受睡一張床?還是覺得女生更容易吃啞巴虧? 找前台理論的時候更生氣,擅自變動房型不主動或提前告知是一方面,態度還非常差,衹會重複:I can do nothing for you; 各種找理由。最後要求的解決方案是酒店給我降級高級雙床房並退差價,酒店讓我回房間等待,她需要和上級彙報,我因為等待時間不確定性,我也同時找攜程客服處理,結果不到一小時內換成了豪華雙床(這時候前台説有人退房了[doge][doge][doge]當時快晚上九點了,“有 人 退 房”哈哈)。此處表揚攜程的處理速度!

Единственное, завтраки очень скромные и почти нет разнообразия. Но вкусно.
Хорошая локация. Все рядом и доступно.
Возможно мне не повезло с розетками в 409 номере. Их не было рядом с кроватью, не смутило но жалко(
В целом, я осталась очень довольна проживанием. Рекомендую. Отель соответствует цене и качеству.
TTAN CHEE TINMay be they wanted me to stay in a better room even though i have upgraded to Executive, from Standard. It would have saved me much hassle..anyway, it is a great experience staying in Novotel which is strategically located at the town area…
The last 2 pictures were taken from my Windows, where there is a school situated at the back of the hotel. It was just gorgeous under the snow.
AAnna DilanianБрали акционный номер с 70% скидкой, поэтому был самый неудачный с окнами в колодец… самый простой номер, с маленькой кроватью на двоих. Фото кровати из нашего очень маленького номера. Утром очень вкусный завтрак из Хлебника. Попросили показать номера с выходом на Невский: вот это уже другое дело. Номер большой, со свежим ремонтом и обалденным видом на пересечение Невского и Марата. Если останавливаетесь в этом отеле, то лучше в таком красивом номере. Расположение отличное и легко найти. AANUBHAV2386We stayed for 3 nights in Saint Petersburg. So 1) location: The hotel is in a quiet locality and is almost unrecognizable. Does not look like a hotel from the outside 2) Staff support: The staff speaks minimal english 3) Service: The hotel does not have breakfast or a restaurant, but there are restaurants and cafes within walking distance (10 minutes), so workable; and the elevator makes quite a noise, but it's workable/safe. 4) Overall experience: Bad - Mediocre: No one helps you out with the luggage, even when they see you are struggling. I am not sure if that is the norm here in Russia. no courtesy, no support/ no extra help for any sort. I guess kindness is chargeable in Russia. Not just this hotel, every hotel we stayed in Russia, I saw no one helping families or even asking for help. Just cold, transactional behavior.
匿匿名ユーザーVery clean hotel and pretty good location, friendly staff. I arrived early at the hotel, but since they had a free room, they let me in at 12pm. I was grateful for that. The room is clean enough. The cooler with a water is located near the reception( has hot and cold water). They also have a restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner (quite a lot of people were there). Unfortunately, I didn't have time to try, but ... I think that people went there for a reason, and most likely they offer decent food, which they cook themselves. For that kind of money, I think it's a very good option.
I want to note that the sound insulation between the rooms is not very good.
