「完璧なサービス、追加料金なしのバレット駐車場、素敵な巨大な部屋、オーシャンビュールームへのアップグレード、唯一のマイナス部分はマットレス(非常にしっかりした)でしたが、翌日にトッパーを手に入れ、卵メニュー付きの素晴らしい朝食、スパで非常にリラックスしたマッサージを受け、屋内プールを愛し、プールの外は1月に暖房されませんでした(少数のクライアントに)、それは私たちの3回目の滞在であり、私たちは常にホテルを愛していました」

「This was a wonderful honeymoon holiday in the Algarve. Thanks to the wonderful hospitality of the W Algarve staff. They were all so friendly and sharing recommendations on where to visit across the Algarve. The breakfast was delicious too. The hotel gave us a few surprises upon arrival (decorating bed with rose petals, congratulatory messages / writings on the walls and a portugese red wine front Duoro valley. What a great way to start the holiday. Furthermore, the W Algarve were extremely helpful on making lunch/dinner bookings in restaurants across Algarve. It felt like a private Concierge and we were very grateful for it. Hip and Portuguese design. Certainly would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Algarve. MUST have a rental car, there isn't much around within walking distance.」

「Wir haben eine schöne Woche dort verbracht. Das Familienzimmer war riesig und sehr sauber. Betten sehr gut. Was super nervig war, dass man bei jeder Mahlzeit vorm Speisesaal anstehen musste. Das Personal war freundlich, aber nicht vom Fach...Außerdem war es in der Nacht bis zum Frühstücken nicht möglich etwas anderes als Wasser oder schon vorab einen Kaffee zu bekommen... Die Poolbar, wo tagsüber Getränke und Speisen angeboten wurden, hätte sauberer und aufgeräumter sein können. Das Hotel ist gut, aber definitiv kein 5Sterne Hotel.」

「入住當晚，酒店將我預訂的W residence 的房間分配給另外一個客人，等到我入住的時候被分到了對應那個客人訂的W hotel房間，復活節期間房間價差每晚200歐左右，相應的房間等級，預訂的halfboard 餐食都沒有，早餐名字人數等訊息都是錯誤的，去餐廳吃飯人家説沒有我們的記錄才發現問題。酒店前台多個人員態度都極好，“when ever, what ever”（隨時隨地隨便什麼要求）這是他們的口號，真的遇到問題了，就不是這個處理辦法了。在我們用餐途中，一個管事兒的男的（後來得知名字Diogo，希望你們不要遇到他）上來問我們是不是需要換房間，我們考慮了一下因為帶着娃，已經住了一夜，就説不用不換房間了，當時他並沒有説明不換房間的真正意義，比如是不是會退差價，是不是有相應補償。由於我們正在晚餐過程中，也沒有在餐桌邊追問，在他們一個號稱很有格調的必須有預訂才能就餐的餐廳（吐槽內容付後）好像叫paper moon，我感覺事情沒有説清楚處理妥善，專門晚餐後去前台找他們表明我的意願，我可以不用換房間了，但是差價還是希望可以退的，在不同房型住不同的積分對我來説倒是無所謂。他們當面表示可以通過我的預訂平台進行溝通，告訴我不用擔心，一切都會take care of（還是出自Diogo！）與此同時我和攜程的客服開始溝通，攜程這邊同步和酒店開始郵件往來，從攜程給我的轉述裏，意思是W這邊（Diogo的上一級，Yohann）不認可我要求退差價的請求，因為我已經表示同意不換房間了（意思是也就代表我放棄了任何形式的補償）。絕口不提我多次親自和他們的多名人員要求跟蹤處理退差價的問題。就是一副我不吃虧，我不道歉的態度。攜程的多位專屬客服一直跟蹤進展，前後持續了四天左右仍然沒有結論。這中間我對攜程表示很滿意，一直積極溝通，一邊是不想吃虧的客人，一邊是**閃閃的合作伙伴，無奈對方就是咬死不認賬。最終是攜程提出退給我300歐，我同意了，懶得折騰了。此上全部過程有錄音和郵件記錄為證。結論：這家W酒店服務人員管理人員太拉垮，而且是人品有問題的那種拉垮，當著你的麪看着你的眼睛，撒謊！！！不住也罷。我們走的當天來了幾百號猶太人，他們把酒店全部包了，於是當天我們的halfboard 本來要嘗試的另外一個Bar無聲無息無人通知的關門了，而且我們還是和前台預訂好了的。最終在入住期間，都是在同一家餐廳吃飯，菜單是固定的，大概5-6道主菜，我們住了三天全吃了一遍，不能不説有點無可奈何。他們的halfboard衹是多了一頓正餐，沒有額外酒水下午茶點之類的，並且表明“視餐廳接待情況而定”，一定要仔細看説明！也就是説你能吃到午餐還是晚餐，在哪吃，你自己基本上是決定不了的！其他還好吧，價格在那，但是遇人不淑，供後來者引以為戒。」

「One issue that needs addressing: sun bed reservations. There’s a sign stating guests can’t reserve sun beds, but it wasn’t enforced at all. We regularly saw beds left “reserved” for hours while no one was using them, which made it frustrating for other guests trying to find a spot by the pool. The main restaurant was decent but light on options for children who don’t eat large portions. A simple plain cheese and tomato pizza (no herbs or garlic) would go a long way for fussy younger eaters. The nightly entertainment could use some work — it felt slow-paced and wasn’t very engaging. Finally, a special thank you to Carlos on reception — he went above and beyond helping me sort out an issue with my laptop during the stay. That kind of service really stood out.」
