"regular visitor but have notice gradual decline arrived at appointed time for dinner long delay before food order taken despite low number of covers and food was mediocre. breakfast menu took near 10 mins to be shown to table everything a supplelment except full english. 35mins after food ordered had to chase as they hadn’t logged ticket no apologies just a plate of food thrown together at last minute. very disappointing"

"Starting with the staff, they were very good. The young lady who checked us in was great at explaining everything. The place is modern and funky as was our room. The decor and furnishings were good and the bed comfy. Disappointingly there was lots of dust and cobwebs in our room which was poor. Even worse was the toilet which had been missed on the cleaning of the room before our arrival, totally unacceptable. . The breakfast too was disappointing, we both orders the same, Auction House breakfast. One came with one sausage, one with two. No bacon, one hash brown undercooked and overcooked eggs. Had we not paid in advance, I’d have underpaid for our stay. I’d stay again but without the breakfast."

"We visited for the first time and had a really nice experience. The staff were kind and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was fresh and very tasty. The calamari was delicious and I would definitely order it again. The chicken schnitzel was also good, although for me there was a little too much garlic butter on top — I would prefer it on the side, but that’s just my personal taste. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit and would happily return."
