"We had a wonderful stay at Horizon Apartments Narooma with our family. The location was excellent, close to everything and in a beautiful peaceful area that made it perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. It was well set up for a family, which made things easy and enjoyable. A special thank you to Narelle, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. She made us feel very welcome and went out of her way to ensure we had a great stay. We would definitely recommend Horizon Apartments Narooma to other families and would be very happy to stay here again."

"The room looks a bit old, but it has all the basic amenities. The hot water was hot enough and the water pressure was strong. The only downside was that we found quite a lot of hair on the bed sheets, which was unpleasant and made it seem like they hadn’t been changed. However, after informing the staff, they responded quickly and replaced the sheets with clean ones. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but cleanliness could be improved."

"It is great that the Whale allows dogs in some rooms, but that is about it. The room smelt terribly of overpowering disinfectant when we moved in. Nobody at reception, phone not answered, email not answered. Left both doors open for several hours and it became barely tolerable. Then we tried to watch TV, SBS only, aerial no good for any other stations. Hard to see how a motel that gives no way for a guest to contact them can stay in business. "
