We are local and first time we have been back since the refurbishment, They have done it out very nice l, the grounds looked stunning in the sunshine it really was so pretty. "We stayed here with another couple and 4 dogs between us and it was fabulous. The rooms are so nice, we had an amazing mug view over the garden and river. Touches in the room for the dogs were wonderful. The evening meal was delicious, as was the breakfast hamper. It really felt like we were spoilt. Would definitely recommend and return. Staff were brilliant."

"Kevin & Nicky have a charming B&B and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and well appointed with homely touches (including home-made shortbread) overlooking a quiet traditional Devon village street. Kevin & Nicky made us very welcome with Nicky serving us a traditional cream tea on arrival. Nicky's breakfast the following morning was superb with home-made preserves and muesli, as well as a beautifully cooked traditional English breakfast. We will definitely return in the future."
