ゲゲストオーシャンシティビーチで家族と一緒に滞在するのに最適な場所です。このホテルは、遊歩道のより静かなセクションにあります。子供向けの優れた設備とアクティビティがあります。子供たちはレストランで無料で食事をし、プールサイドの素晴らしいサービスを提供しています。忙しい時間だったので、ハウスキーピングは本当に部屋の掃除にバックアップされましたが、彼らは毎日私の部屋に来ました。

ゲゲストThe service was great! The hotel was well maintained-inside and outside. Our room was super clean and comfortable and we had sufficient washcloths & towels and the water was nice and hot! The view from the balcony was a lovely addition. I enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee too. My husband and I have already decided that will stay stay there on our next visit.

ゲゲストTook the wife out of state for our 10 year anniversary. She was so excited to be staying at an Aloft again as we have in the past! We got into the room, my Flowers were there, which was great. We adjusted the AC to our comfort likings and 4 hours later after being at the beach, the temperature in the room was 78.
Called the front desk, they said there isn't anything they could do. Maintenance checked the panel and all is fine but our room was above the indoor pool. The pool room was found to be 80+ degrees but no one agreed to trying to lower the temperature of the pool room. Instead they suggested we open the balcony door and give us a box fan.
The outdoor temps were in the upper 80s low 90s. There was a hint of a breeze but when the box fan was dropped off, we came back from dinner and it was tolerable with the door closed. No check up from management, the staff was quite short with our concerns and requests.
Overall the stay was amazing but disappointing

ゲゲストティキバーがポイントにあります。朝食は良かったが、9:00までに物資が不足し、一部の人が5/6プレートを部屋に持ち帰るので、早くここに着く必要があると言われました。夕日がすべてのお金の価値があった湾側を100%お勧めします。早くチェックインしようとしないでください。彼らは3時まで閉じるまであなたを追い払うでしょう。全体的に再び滞在することをお勧めします

ゲゲストThis was a great location without being on the boardwalk, but close enough to everything. The staff was friendly, and the room was very nice and clean. Rooms have been renovated and new furniture and was very nice. The pool area needs a lot of updating. It’s faded, broken tiles on the pool, and they have a broken splash pad that has not worked for who knows how long. The free breakfast was adequate, however the area for guests to eat was very small and for some reason had an insane amount of flies all over which mad eating not great. Overall, I’d give this hotel a 6.5.
