"I needed to stay in Snow Hill for the night and made the mistake of booking a room for the wrong night! When I arrived, Tammie was so helpful - she was able to accommodate me and change the booking. It was a lifesaver. The entire facility is being renovated to include dining and a bar - and you can certainly see the potential. It's a really old building in immaculate condition with a ton of character, along the Pocomoke River. The cottages are beautiful. Everything you need is within walking distance - restaurants, pubs. I would highly recommend. Only drawback - the room could use a small desk or something to put a laptop on to do work, and a luggage stand. Easy fixes. Otherwise, it is a charming place to stay if you are ever in Snow Hill!! Immaculate, tremendous service. Can't wait to try the restaurant when it's ready!"

"The previous reviews had me so freaked out that I actually bought an air mattress for fear that the place would be that awful. Far from it. No, it’s not fancy, nor it is at all updated. If you’re expecting luxury here, you’ve booked the wrong place by far. What it is, however, is clean, quiet, and centrally located. I was assigned room 109, just down the hallway from the main lobby (very convenient). The room was a little small, but perfect for me and my 9 year old daughter. Air conditioning was great, the bed was comfortable, and we had no issues with bugs or vermin or mold or anything like it. It was perfectly fine. Fridge and microwave were included and worked great. TV was entertaining. Shower was amazing - water pressure was absolutely perfect. The outside porch facing the ocean was a HUGE treat. A terrific place to rock and sip your morning coffee. The ONLY thing that was maybe a problem was that the room door “stuck” a little and getting in and out of the room took a little muscle, but it was so incredibly minor an issue that I’d hardly call it a detractor. I would definitely book again. I came in with low expectations and was very pleasantly surprised."
