「ホテルの場所はgood......Commonエリアはよく維持されていますが、部屋はウェブサイトの写真に反映されていません....スタッフは良いですが、レストランはよくありませんが、改善の余地はたくさんあると思います。...ビュッフェ式朝食は良いです....ビルヤニの味は良かったです....一般的に食べ物は良かったです...チェックアウト中にホテルのスタッフが私の荷物を部屋から移動するのを30分以上待たなければなりませんでした.....上記の価格の間に多くの違いがありましたtrip.comとhotel.....Trip.comは同じプリビレッジスイート....ではそれほど多くありませんでした。」

「The hotel is new and there is ongoing development for 6 months. The facilities provided are good, even a common outdoor area will be a good place to hang around when ready. The only issue which needs attention is the ventilation, two premium rooms only have the ventilation fans, which keeps the room atmosphere fresh. The rest of the rooms do not have ventilation fans. Other than that, all employees are very professional and gentle, so all the praise for them.」

「Fabulous setting up on a hill about a 20 min walk down  to the town(definitely get a rickshaw back).  Didn’t realise we could order eggs  for breakfast until our second morning (not offered them  on the first morning). Cake at breakfast was yummy. Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned  on arrival  and there were splatters marks on the wall  above the tea/coffee area. We also returned to our room late afternoon to find maintenance working on our balcony - did feel this could have been done after checkout! Fabulous shower. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was very good. The high taxes in Tamil Nadu added to the price (almost 25%) so bear this in mind . Cocktails weee excellent. We did the morning ’hike’  which was well worth getting up for.  We were brought a hot water bottle on our second night which was a lovely surprise.  Tea & biscuits served between 5 & 5.30pm which was a nice touch  although more of the breakfast cake would have been good. Would recommend staying here as rooms, location  & restaurant are excellent.」

「The scenic view from the property, there was fog surrounded in the evening time and morning view is excellent. Very friendly staff and hospitality was good. Pros: Best view , Food was great, Nice staff, very clean and hygiene. Cons: No balcony, bathroom and switch buttons are old, Breakfast was not that much good and door lock is very old and need to lock the door form inside of you are going outside, no outdoor activity.」
